Enjoy a luxurious experience when you stay at this W. Lansing Landmark, just 2 miles from the Airport and Mall-- but buried in 30 acres of woods in a rustic setting, just off exclusive, scenic Delta River Dr. See wildlife, stroll the paths and pick berries & nuts in season.
You'll travel a 1/4mi driveway, surrounded by woods, deer, turkey and a myriad of small wildlife to arrive at our 10,000sq.ft. concrete 4-domed mansion and your 2500 sq.ft. 2-domed portion with two HUGE 600sq.ft. bedrooms each with private bathrooms, and available Living Room (with sofa bed) and Kitchen. The Living Room is free for your use for up to ten guests-- four each in the two upstairs bedrooms, and two additional on the sofa bed.
The living room also has a office space with desk & computer.
And, if you wish to throw a party or host a meeting or event, you can also book the huge Living Room/Event Room with seating for twenty and sleeping for 6-8 adults (or 10 kids) for about $200 additional per day.

This is a rather unique property and rental experience. Listing could be more clear that you are renting part of an occupied home. The interesting part being that it is a vintage mansion with an incredible fantasy art collection on display throughout. Personally found it very cool and interesting. Might not be for everybody, hence some reviews that are pretty negative... it's just not your typical rental experience. Normies are better off at a Holiday Inn Express, but if you want to chill in a place with Graceland vibes, high ceilings, beautiful paintings and carpet on the walls... it's your place. I bought one of the framed prints as a keepsake. The host was gracious and an interesting fellow. Could relax a bit on the rules but I dont own a mansion so I'm not judging. If you want a unique experience, something to remember and share with your family and friends, you won't be disappointed. It's like staying over at your rich uncle's for a night or two. Who knows, you might want to take home a vintage Frazetta too! Great location if you have business between Grand Ledge and East Lansing. Right off Waverly, pretty central and close to highway access.

This VRBO was very clean and inside a lovely, self-built home. We had no complaints, however, the listing could have been clearer that the owner and family live in the other half of the house and have access to walk into the renter's half of the house at any point. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to a large group. The house has lots of wildlife, which offers a relaxing stay in the woods.

Our place is like a Duplex-- Four Domes, with Two we rent out on VRBO. About 3Ksq.ft with Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Kitchenette and Living/Event Room. It has its own PRIVATE entrance, and while we do live in the larger half (~7Ksq.ft.) and have connecting doors, we keep them locked and never enter the rented space without invitation. Guests have complete privacy from us.

I am shocked and hurt by your poor review. Before you left, I had asked you if you enjoyed your stay and if there was anything you were unhappy with, and you said everything was fine-- so I've no idea what you were dissatisfied with. All my other reviews have been EXCELLENT, so I am confused.

With Lansing as the State Capitol and Michigan State University nestled in the nearby sister city of E. Lansing, we have all the amenities and cultural aspects of a big city, with the intimacy of a small town.
Our home is located in a very upscale area of W. Lansing, just off scenic Delta River Drive, with beautiful views and expensive, well-kept homes. Our home is within minutes of all the shopping areas and restaurants of W. Lansing, but nestled in 30 acres of woods it has the feel of Country. No traffic noise or congestion.

IT'S TRULY ONE-OF-A-KIND. Please come and experience it for yourself!
You'll have about 2,500sq.ft. and two concrete domes all to yourselves, with private entrance and loads of free parking!
