フェニックスオールスイーツウエストホテルの15階にある6ベッドルームの5バスルームのホテルスイート。

Great stay!

We arrived a few minutes early and had to wait for the room to be checked. The front office was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The beach view is worth it! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Our room was very clean with new appliances. It was spacious and the view from the 15th floor was absolutely amazing. We also loved the easy access to the beach. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

The location of this unit is perfect! We received clean towels only once during our stay. The elevators were fairly quick but hot. Overall a great unit for the cost.

Disappointed

Overall, the stay was good. The unit is a bit small but we made it work. I was disappointed that there was not a washer and dryer in the unit. Laundry was done on another floor (coin laundry). However, we were able to hang our beach towels and let them. The staff brought us clean bath towels upon request. So all in all, not bad.

Not fully informed prior to booking

Enjoyed our stay but was not informed prior to booking that the bunks were child size. I chaperoned 6 teenage guys all over 6 ft tall, so the bunks weren't ideal for them, however they were so exhausted by bedtime, they could've slept on the tile floor, so they made the best of it.

Place is good -staff needs customer service skills

Prior to arrival the front desk called and told me that our room door was open. When I told them that we hadn't made it there yet and asked if security could check the room to make sure it was safe, I was told that security isn't allowed in the rooms. The lady was nice enough to go and check and make sure it was safe and nothing was missing. Upon arrival we had a flat tire and had a mobile service come to change my tire. We were parked near the parking deck and a man was yelling at us from the top floor to move, we ignored him because we would be finished soon and I was in a parking space WITH A FLAT! Well minutes later were approached by a very irate and aggressive security guard who was yelling at us to move. I tried to speak to him but he only yelled over me, became more aggressive, and proceeded to call the police while taking pictures of my car and tag (parked in a parking spot). It was very unnecessary and not a great start to outlr stay. We continued to see him throughout our stay taking pictures of people's balconies because they had towels and swim wear hanging on the balcony. He took his security job way to seriously. It made us very uncomfortable. The cleaning staff was nice, but we did get stuck on the elevator a few times stopping at every floor for the cleaning guy to throw the dirty laundry bags on the elevator with us. The room was good. The king bed was comfortable, but the others weren't very cozy. The dining chairs need things on the bottom for noise.

Overall happy

Overall very happy with the property and our stay! Nothing wrong with our room. The only down fall was the property was dirty...elevators smelled bad with trash all over floor and when they did pick up the trash, it was collected at the end of each floor and pulled up which also caused a smell!

Condo was sufficient, great view. Bunk beds in hallway very uncomfortable. Master bedroom bed was good. Front desk staff was not overly friendly and a bit abrupt.

Very loud, to the point it shook the floor, all hours of the night!! The elevator broke down, the screen to the balcony was ripped, the air conditioner didn't cool the rooms and there was garbage cans sitting just a few feet from our door stinking.

Nice clean Condo \ Hotel

This was a perfect location for a quick vacation, condo is right on the beach and actual walking distance to the hangout, the shrimp basket, Steamer restaurant etc. We actually did not use my car during our entire stay, but to go to the store for coffee and breakfast stuff (bananas, cereal and milk). the beach at this location was great, with activities within walking distance. I will certainly stay here again.
