Introducing our inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the stunning Alabama Gulf Coast. Nestled in this coastal haven, you’ll find a meticulously designed space that offers both comfort and style.
Interior: As you explore further, you’ll be greeted by the soothing beach décor that envelops the living area. This beachy atmosphere creates a serene backdrop for relaxation. Sink into plush sofas, enjoy movie nights, or simply unwind after a day of coastal exploration. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed, offering comfort and tranquility. You’ll find ample storage, cozy linens, and a beach-inspired ambiance that promotes restful nights.
Kitchen: Step into the heart of the home, a fully equipped kitchen adorned with granite countertops, ready to inspire culinary adventures. The kitchen’s thoughtful design ensures that meal preparation is a breeze. Stainless steel appliances and ample storage space make it easy to cook up your favorite dishes.
A charming dining room accommodates up to four guests. It’s an ideal spot for family dinners or intimate gatherings. In addition to the dining area, the kitchen also features a bar with seating for three, perfect for casual breakfasts or quick bites.
Step outside onto your private balcony, where you can savor the fresh sea breeze and perhaps catch a glimpse of the stunning Gulf Coast sunset. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this condo is your perfect coastal escape.
Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.
