The property was perfection and everything we could possibly need was there. She was very responsive with questions and helping us with navigating the area, etc. we had the best time and will definitely be back! The pressure washer and trail pad on site was def a plus!

We truly enjoyed hosting Jennifer and her group! Jennifer was wonderful to communicate with from start to finish, and they treated our home with so much care and respect. They were the kind of guests every host hopes for, and we would gladly welcome them back anytime!
What an amazing place to stay, it was everything we hoped for and more. The location could not be better just a short ride to access both the Hatfield-McCoy trails and the Outlaw trails yet tucked just far enough off the main path that evenings were incredibly peaceful and quiet. After long days of riding it was amazing to come back, relax, and hear nothing but nature around us.Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with polite, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. She made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The property itself was spotless, well equipped, and clearly cared for. If you’re looking for a stay that lets you be close to the action by day and truly unwind at night, this place is a perfect fit. We will absolutely be back.
