Our lovely ski chalet Bouton D'Or (110m2) in Samoëns, Grand Massif skiing resort, is only a 10-min walk to the village, shops & the ski lift. The free ski bus stops directly outside the residence.
It comfortably sleeps 8, up to 9 and is ideal for 2 families.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
It is ideal for winter & summer holidays with numerous activities in the valley.
The location is very peaceful with beautiful mountain & meadow views.

It has a open plan ground floor with superbly equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, Fibre WiFi with Panasonic Smart TV with Panasonic TV Channels and Bouygues TV B and You 120 Channels and a dining table for 9 perfect for spending family time and dining in.
Equipped with a full size AEG oven with steam facility, 4 plate induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, combination microwave, raclette, fondue, plancha, coffee machine, whisk, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery, equipment and utensils.
WIFI is via a 4G box and is FREE.

Final Cleaning is Included in the price.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided. The beds are made for your arrival.

The property is professionally managed locally, meet and greet is virtually and the manager are on hand to assist you during your stay.
We provide a welcome pack and also sustainable cleaning products and who are following enhanced cleaning protocols due to Covid 19.
Electronic copies of how to access the property, guest folders and house manuals are provided.


There is stunning scenery all around the south facing chalet which overlooks meadows and mountains, with alpine views and acres of beautiful countryside surrounding the residence and chalet . The lovely sunny terrace is south facing with lovely views and opens onto gardens and meadows – ideal for children to play outside.

IMPORTANT If pets are taken into the property there is an additional cleaning fee of 1,000 euros to be paid by the guest. Claimed from the damage deposit and an additional 500 euros to be invoiced.

The alpine chalet is located in quiet, peaceful location within a residence of Chalets and Apartments.
The property benefits from one private covered parking space directly outside the chalet, plus further ample communal parking.

It is a 10 minute walk to the center of the village, with shops, bars and restaurants. The regualar ski bus is a 2 minute walk and stops just outside the residence taking you to the Grand Massif Telecabine or you can walk to the Telecabine which is a 10 minute flat walk along the River Giffre. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk

The chalet apartment is arranged over 3 levels in a quiet location overlooking meadows and mountains. Part of a terrace of 6 chalets, in the popular Les Fermes de Samoens residence.

All the facilities of the residence are available in the summer and winter seasons. This includes a sauna, steam room, -1 visit per stay included, others payable locally, small shared indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool (July and August - summer only) plus a communal lounge with fireplace and pool table – perfect for relaxing after a day’s skiing or hiking. The communal areas are open during reception opening - closed during lunchtime.

Please note the pools are closed for maintenance on a Saturday.
Both pools are closed in low season - After Easter, May , June and from mid September to Christmas.
Indoor pool, steam room, sauna and communal lounge are open during reception hours only.

Swimming towels NOT provided.

NO BBQ’s or NO FIRE’s PERMITTED

We generally operate a Saturday changeover, however we can be flexible on arrival days and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available.

Wifi can be temperamental and can have limited speed. You are in the mountains and weather can effect the service.
NOTE - Washing machine is NOT IN property but there are 2 sets of washers and dryers payable in adjacent apartment buildings.

There is a travel cot , 2 stair gates, high chair, bath angel and bath mat available for babies.
NO baby linen is provided please bring your own.

We provide a selection of English DVD's, books & board games for your enjoyment..
