In love with the sea, the sun's rays and the sea breeze, we have long been looking for the right magical place to pursue one of our dreams! We have built and created Casa de Oro two cottages that catch the breath of everyone who sees them. We were able to create a golden environment with Mediterranean design and Moroccan motifs, in which to blissfully relax, the sun and the breeze caress your skin and your eyes kiss the blue sea. Our motive to create Casa de Oro is to feel the breath, the mood, the comfort and the luxury of the Mediterranean, and to actually be on the Black Sea coast!
Creating a beautiful home supports us in creating a beautiful life. Our vision is to take away your vision of who you are, what you love and who you are, and channel that into an environment that is welcoming, inspiring and restorative. Design is a way of life for us! We are excited to share the magic our team has created - just for you. Over the years we have traveled to Egypt Spain Italy Italy Israel Morocco Portugal and many other countries where we delved into the world of art, food and wine. We fell in love with the ways in which design and culture intersect; How we transfer the threads of our personal lives and our culture into the rich tapestry that creates our environment.

What makes this property unique

Car: recommended
Sozopol is one of the most historic towns on Bulgarian’s Black sea coast. The old town hosts the Apollonia arts festival every September for 10 days and the new town really comes alive during the summer season,. Bustling with activity, there are children’s amusements, food stalls, restaurants, bars and night clubs and beautiful beaches.

The nearest beaches to the villa are Apollonia Beach and Kavatsi beach, a 15 minute walk.

In the summer season there is toy train that operates from Kavatsi Beach to Sozopol. It runs hourly and the fare is 2 lv. This passes right by the apartment.

Car hire is recommended mainly because the best supermarkets are in Bourgas. The main supermarket in Sozopol is Lidl and the Hungarian CBA chain which is not as well stocked as the Bourgas supermarkets of Billa and Kaufland. However the local CBA supermarket might be sufficient for some guests.

There are rocky beaches just a walk down from the villa.

The nearby city of Burgas is surrounded by the Black Sea and three lakes - Mandra, Vaja and Atanassowsko. Together they form a huge wetland area, vitally important as a resting station for many birds using the East European migration route known as the Via Ponticum. The square kilometre which makes up the Poda Nature Preserve is open to visitors year-round. There is a covered enclosure, so that visitors can observe the birds regardless of the weather.

Also nearby is the Ropotamo Nature Reserve. Since 1940 the lower section of the Ropotamo River has been a protected area. It is a tourist attraction because of the water lilies and the rock formations above the river, on which white tailed eagles nest.
