The Palm Lanka is a peaceful, unique and luxury villa near Tangalle. Featuring four ensuite bedrooms with AC, rooftop terrace, yoga and fitness studio, cold plunge, open garden kitchen/bar and swimming pool overlooking lush palmtree garden. PS: We have the best rooftop jungle cinema.

Relax in a new villa, bright room with balcony and private bathrooms. Every day we get visits from colourful birds, monkeys and you can even hear peacocks singing. We have the best team: Manel and Suresh who will take care of all your needs.

Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and it can accomodate 8 people and also 1-2 babies. We can provide baby cot or extra bed.

Relax by the pool or enjoy the tranquility and views from our wide and serene garden. Villa Te Palm Lanka is designed for exclusive occupancy and is suitable for couples, families, friends or retreats.

We can also help you arrange or organize a variety of activities, including:

The best neighborhood what you are wish for. Super calm, yet super close to the tourist hot spots like surfing Hiriketiya, which is 10 minutes from us. Mawella beach in walking distance, like 100 metres away. Our beach is unique by size (3 km long) so you can enjoy calm sunrise or sunset run every day and on one side you can also swim, because there are no waves. How cool is it.

Amazingly calm and private villa, yet super close to all hot spots on Hiriketiya beach, where you find all cool bars and restaurants.

Our villa is equipped with modern kitchen ammenities, we have the best cold plunge and gym area, also our rooftop cinema is the perfect.
