This cozy cottage is located on beautiful red sands beach, Lake James lower basin. Enjoy the awesome sunsets and peaceful surroundings! Outdoor features include 75ft of west facing lakefront, a dock (with swim platform) to tie up your own boat, gradual sandy beach with rock sea wall, patio furniture, firepit and gas grill. Once inside, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, 55" smart tv, wifi along with board games and gaming table. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms; master with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom will have 3 singles and 1 double bed and the 3rd has 1 double and en-suite bathroom. Cottage also features electric heating, window A/C unit, off street parking, quite secluded setting on dead end street with no through traffic.
There's something for everyone, with a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown historic Angola and Pokagon State Park.

This is a very family friendly home. Standing room at the end of the dock for the kids was great with a sandy bottom. The window air conditioner along with fans kept the house feeling good even on a 90 degree plus week!! Everything was very clean when we arrived and had all the kitchen amenities we needed! Already booked again for next year!

This lake home is in a great spot for any lake activity that interests someone. You can swim, sun bathe on the awesome dock, sit on the patio right by the water, tie a boat to the dock to go skiing or tubing, fish from the dock, watch beautiful sunsets and sit in the living room or at the dining table and still have an awesome view of the lake. And it is well stocked with amenities. It’s just a wonderful place! We are grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy it!

We have stayed at this cottage about a dozen times for our fishing trips. It always meets or exceeds our expectations. The new owner, Ron, is easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and problem free.
