House is 23-19 minutes of walk from the city center. It is nearby the Armenian Church and is one of the peaceful streets away from the main traffic. However, the bus-stop is only 110 meters away. By bus it is 10-7 minutes to the city center.
It is a two floored house with garden in the back yard. Moreover, it has one large hall on the first floor with view to the garden and porch to make BBQ, drink samovar tea or read. The garden has fruit trees, where in season guests are welcome to pick up fresh fruit to eat.
The second floor has kitchen, one main hall and three bedrooms. There is a TV with international channels in the hall.
