Seabreeze Cottage - Une retraite en bord de mer en bord de mer.

Bienvenue Ă  Seabreeze - un chalet en bord de mer isolĂ© avec un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert sur Meadow Point Ă  Frenchman's Bay. Les bois de construction grossiers avec des planchers de tuiles et de pin procurent une sensation trĂšs confortable. Le chalet se trouve sur une belle plage de sable fin et offre un accĂšs Ă  l'eau pour le kayak et l'exploration de la mer. L'extĂ©rieur de la propriĂ©tĂ© a une terrasse ouverte et un passage couvert avec moustiquaire avec une vue nord de Raccoon Cove. À quelques pas, vous aurez une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie Frenchman et la montagne Cadillac dans le parc national d'Acadia. DĂ©tendez-vous prĂšs d'un foyer dans la cour arriĂšre tout en profitant de la brise au bord de l'eau. La propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă©galement situĂ©e au centre de Lamione et est proche de toutes ses commoditĂ©s, Ă  seulement 6 km de la plage de Marlboro, Ă  2 1/2 miles de la baignade en eau douce Ă  Bloomfield Park sur Blunt's Pond, et Ă  distance de marche de Lamoine State Park et de la belle Lamoine Plage. Tous les sites d'eau salĂ©e offrent un accĂšs en bateau Ă  Frenchman's Bay. Les deux parties de l'Acadie (Mount Desert Island et Schoodic Pennisula) et Bar Harbor sont Ă  20-25 minutes. Options multifamiliales - Louez deux logements ou plus et économisez. Nous proposons également deux autres propriétés à Lamoine # 182554 & # 359029 sur Raccoon Cove, toutes deux à 2 1/2 miles de là. L'un est un chalet de poutres et poteaux nouvellement construit avec 3 chambres, une salle de bain avec une mezzanine supplémentaire. L'autre est une cabine à plan ouvert avec du bois brut et des planchers de pin offrant une sensation trÚs confortable. L'extérieur de la propriété dispose d'un porche avec moustiquaire et d'une cabane en bord de mer avec une vue sud de la montagne Cadillac dans le parc national d'Acadia.

The property was beautiful as was the location. The beach within walking distance out the back door, the moss covered everything, it was like a dream come true. Absolutely gorgeous.

We six adults appreciated the spacious house, waterfront, woods, comfortable furnishings, and the quiet. Staying warm was a bit challenging in a couple of the bedrooms, but not a dealbreaker unless you like tropical temperatures. It was a pleasure to return to after the traffic and parking woes on Mount Desert Island, though it would be hard to find a more beautiful place for hiking and sightseeing. Ellsworth is a good alternative for eating out and a bit of shopping, only 20 minutes away.

Good location, nice and quiet. Plenty of space inside and outside. Nice beach. At first i wasn't sure we'd like all the windows without blinds or curtains, but it wasn't a problem and we loved seeing the beautiful views from many locations throughout the house. The house felt very comfortable and "lived in".

This is a fantastic property! The cottage is private on a beautiful wooded lot. Add a great beach right outside the back patio. The sunsets are incredible. The cottage itself is rustic with amazing decorations to enhance the feel of a north woods retreat. Add the water right out the door and it transforms you to many childhood memories. The inside is large and roomy with more than a few places to gather yet it provides spaces for privacy when needed. Bar Harbor and Ellsworth are easily accessed within 30 minutes along with an entrance to Acadia National Park. After a day of hiking or driving in Acadia or enjoying the towns you can relax and enjoy your amazing retreat. It really is the best of both worlds and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy this beautiful area of Maine while relaxing in the best nature has to offer. When we walked in the front door we all said the same thing. “We could live here,”

The property was idyllic and the perfect size for a family of 9 plus grandparents. Larger than the pictures make it look. Living on the beach and watching the tides provided endless entertainment for the kids. Recommend bringing or renting kayaks so you can explore the bay at high tide!

Quiet, hidden, and rustic home great for families

My wife and three children (14, 14, 10) stayed here in June 2025. Regarding communication, the host was incredibly responsive. The beds were comfortable and the spaces were clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and provided most of we needed for the week while Ellsworth is only a twenty-minute drive for groceries.We arrived after-hours so it was very dark, but the listing's photos and expectations set by Nate were clear. The home (built in the 1970's) has a few quirks but nothing that kept us from having an amazing week of nature, relaxation, and exploration. Temperatures within the rental were inconsistent but we're from the U.S. south where opening windows during summer months doesn't do much - here it does. The rental is located on a heavily wooded peninsula so mosquitoes were everywhere.We visited Bar Harbor, Acadia, the Downeast Scenic Railroad, Bangor, Castine, and finally Cape Elizabeth on our way home. The best lobster roll was the hot buttered at "Travelin' Lobster" on SR-102.

Loved Everything About It!

Cute little house on a rocky beach with a tree forest in between. Loved the fairytale path that lead from from house to the beach. The house was large enough to fit our adult kids, their S/O and 2 babies! We had so much fun all being together in a place that we could all fit in. Location is beautiful!

Great stay on the water

The house was all we needed! Owners are great, responsive and willing to make sure we had a smooth check in and experience. Home is cozy and ready to lounge all day or head directly outside and explore. We went into Acadia each day, which was about :35 drive, but it was great to come home, relax, and prepare for the next day. The upstairs bathroom has a large, oversized tub, which would be great for little kids, but we had mostly adults upstairs, so we ended up uaing the downstairs bathroom, which wasnt ideal, but okay. Would pick again!

Awesome Week

Lovely, remote, waterfront Maine house. Hosts are lovely and attentive. We were happy to spend time with close friends in Lamoine AGAIN! plenty of room for game nights and also quiet spaces for winding down.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

We had another amazing stay at this property! The location is unbeatable, with stunning water views that made our mornings special. The amount of space is incredible, easily accommodating our extended family of eight, plus our dog. The check-in process was seamless, which made settling in a breeze. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, yet it was conveniently located near area attractions. Our grandchildren had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings - and they felt like they had their own apartment! An amazing highlight was witnessing the northern lights right in the backyard—an unforgettable bonus! Overall, we highly recommend this rental for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You cannot beat it, and we hope to return again in the future!

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay

My husband and our group of friends had such an amazing stay at this cottage. The surround area was so quiet and we felt completely safe. The views were amazing and we actually liked being about 30 minutes away from downtown bar harbor. We felt like we got to escape to crowds to our cute and peaceful cottage everytime! We loved walking to street to watch the sunrise! We would 10000% stay here again! Everything was super comfortable, the beds, pillows and couches! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with all that we needed! You won’t be disappointed here!

Maine getaway

Came to the area to see the sights and also visit with our daughter who is working at Jordan Pond House for the summer. The property met all of our needs. Becky stopped by to Help fix the cable and that was appreciated. The dogs loved the beach / water and all of the wildlife. We enjoyed the property and would stay again if in the area

Loving Lamoine

Our family (6 adults) had a lovely stay at this home. There was plenty of room to spread out and have private spaces. As mentioned by others the kitchen was well equipped with a variety of pots/pans & utensils. I would recommend a couple more cutting boards for food prep but there is a Renys (sp) nearby if you need them. The highlight of this rental is the charming location on the cove! We loved walking the beach and kayaking on the cove and the quiet. But ~ so convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and Bar Harbor/Acadia. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great location

Plenty of room for a large family. I knew renting from the beginning that it didn’t have an ac but bigger fans would help specially at night as we had some warm days. Laundry in sight was great to have after long hikes. Great house for our dog. Beautiful view and it was great walking on the beach every morning.

Cottage camp

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful cottage camp. The location was spectacular. The home was very clean. This is a true camp, feeling with a fire, roasting pit outside and home that is Reminisced of a day gone by. This is not for someone who is looking for top-of-the-line everything. This is a property that is perfect for someone who likes comfort, location, and all the necessities even if they’re older. We loved our stay and we love the neighbors..

Family Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from Bar Harbor, but still want easy access to there and Acadia National Park, this is the place for you! This bayside home was the perfect location for our family vacation to Acadia National Park. The layout of the home provided multiple spaces for us to gather together or have our own space when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and having a washer and dryer are much appreciated. The views from the 3 living areas of the water are gorgeous! We would highly recommend staying here!
