The Space:

This bright and airy residence features a private balcony with open city and street views, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding above the neighborhood. Inside, enjoy high ceilings, parquet wood floors, generous closets, and a pristine windowed bathroom with a separate dressing area. With only three residences on the hall, the home offers a rare sense of quiet and privacy.



Enjoy convenient access via a residential freight elevator, along with full-time doormen, concierge service, and beautifully preserved Art Deco details in the historic lobby. A peaceful courtyard on the first floor provides a calm retreat from the city.



Located directly across from Central Park and moments from Lincoln Center, this home is close to the Time Warner Center, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, top restaurants, and shops. Multiple subway lines (1, 2, 3, A, C, B, D) and crosstown buses offer seamless access to the rest of the city.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Lincoln Square is a lively, historic neighborhood bordering Central Park overlooking the Hudson River. Its unbeatable proximity to Manhattan's most iconic green space, along with its beautiful riverfront views, make this neighborhood a one-of-a-kind urban destination for renters.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property has a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-months.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application (approx $2,100 in associated fees). The board review could take up to approx 10 days for approval. Internet is charge separately at $100/month.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
