¡Nuestra cabaña familiar en el lago Hutchins es perfecta para escapadas familiares! Nuestra casa está completamente amueblada y tiene un gran porche con una gran vista del lago y las puestas de sol Pure Michigan.

Nuestro paseo por la playa es único en la zona, ideal para construir castillos de arena y fogatas. El lago Hutchins es un lago con fondo de arena alimentado por la primavera. ¡Puedes traer tu propio bote!

Estamos situados en una tranquila calle sin salida a solo 15 minutos de Saugatuck y a 20 minutos de Holanda.

Four friends of longstanding— all senior citizens— enjoyed a terrific stay at this beautiful lakefront property. It could not have been better. The house is lovely, roomy, and very well appointed (including a fridge that is so modern and spectacular that it does everything but tell you where you put things). The location on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood could not have been better: 5 minutes to Fennville and 15 to Douglas and Saugatauk—1 minute to the lake. A perfect getaway. We can’t wait to return next year.

Loved the house and the lake. Great fishing, caught a 30 inch Northern. Plenty of room for the 8 adults. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return soon

Sunsets and swans

The cottage is newly renovated and equipped with everything you need. Three of the four bedrooms have enough beds for a family and the livingroom is open and cofortable. We ended everyday with a sunset and swans enjoyed watching the swan

Bday trip with family.

Beautiful views of the lake in a quiet secluded area. Very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Found some antique shops nearby that were fun to visit.

A Vacation Delight

This is a beautifully maintained property on a quiet street. It has a lovely private beach, and very clean and nicely decorated interior. There is much to do in the area (I highly recommend the Saugatuck Dune BuggyTour forbothchildren and adults), but the “base camp” is so great that it is tempting to spend every minute there. I can hardly wait to return!

Cozy and quiet home on a beautiful lake

Our stay was planned for just before the Tulip Festival in Holland. The weather for the majority of our stay was very nice. We enjoyed relaxing lakeside with a campfire and did some kayaking and fishing in clear lake water. I can only imagine the nice sandy beach in the summer! The screened in porch is a nice area to relax in the evening and enjoy playing cards or games. Such a spacious house with with a nice layout for 4 bedrooms. This gem is nestled in a quiet neighborhood you won't want to leave!

A little slice of private paradise

We couldn't imagine our good fortune in finding this home to stay in. This home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe here and enjoyed the comfortable beds and recliners. It's in a great location and we didn't feel far away from all the places we wanted to see. The property owners were kind and easy to contact if we needed to. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home and setting

We very much enjoyed our stay. I took a ladies church group for a relaxing weekend and the setting did not disappoint. The house was well stocked and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a large stock of wood for the fire pit/fireplace. The only issue we had was that the sleeping arrangements were not as described. There were bunk beds in two of the rooms. It wasn't a huge issue, although a 50 year old woman had to climb up to the top bunk, but it would have been had I filled all the beds. Just be aware that 4 of the beds are bunks.

Thanksgiving stay

Great plase to stay with friends and family. The owner is very communicative and always ready to help. My family and friends enjoyed the stay and I will definitely recomend this place to anyone who want to spend some quality time outside the urban area.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our family. We attended a wedding located on the same lake. We booked early and the price was very reasonable. The property was absolutely SPOTLESS! I have never rented a home that was as well kept as this house. The property offered everything we needed for a fall weekend trip. It would be an excellent location to rent again in the summer months.

Great Stay Again, Two Years in a Row

Our family of 5, with three boys under 10 years old, have stayed here twice now over the past two years. It is a quiet location with tons of fun to be had in the area, but also easy to just relax and enjoy the Hutchins Lake. Thank you for another great stay!

Great property

We rented the property for a quick weekend trip with the family. Exceptionally clean and lovely property. Close to Fennville and Saugatuck and on a nice lake itself. Highly recommend!

Another Amazing Year

We stayed at the cottage for our fourth year in a row and once again had a wonderful family vacation. We absolutely love our stays here. The kids enjoy the beach, the shallow water, the lilipad, and boating. They look forward to this trip every year. We had outstanding communication and a stay without any issues. Just as expected!
