THE SPACE

Just opposite Melbourne Central. You cannot get any closer to the city, you are in the city! The ideal location that brings the best of the city to you within walking distance of RMIT, Victoria and Melbourne Universities, Melbourne Central, Emporium, Myer and David Jones shopping complex and a stone's throw from the fabulous fresh produce of Queen Victoria Market with terrific nightlife and entertainment options on every corner, cafes and restaurants. This apartment offers 1 bedroom with build in robes, open plan living area leading on to a balcony overlooking the city, modern kitchen with gas cooking and quality appliances, split-system heating and cooling.

The nearest car rental from the apartment are Hertz, Budget and Avis is located along Franklin Street.

You can also rent a car from Budget, Avis and Europcar in the Southern Cross Station.

USE OF SOFA BED
If you have 2 or less people staying and would like to use the Sofa Bed, there would be an extra cost of AU$30 cleaning fee (one time charge).

I will provide you with extra quilt and sheet for the sofabed. Let me know in advance so that I can prepare the extra beddings for you.

Light Filled Comfortable Apartment

The booking process with Daniel went very smoothly and quickly. The apartment is off two tram lines and within easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. It was great to be able to spread out in either the living room and the separate dining area. Plenty of hangers in the bedroom.

He showed us around the apartment, showed us how things worked and gave us suggestions on where to go and where to eat in the area. The view was amazing and the apartment very clean. Perfect location also. Checkout was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

This location was exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The photos represent reality exactly. The views of the Central Business District were excellent from the high level. Located right in the middle of the metropolitan area, the building is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The provided instructions were heavily detailed, and made navigation to the building seem complicated, but it was not. A really nice stay, with no issues, and no stress. Excellent trip, and would highly recommend.
