Esta es una hermosa unidad frente al mar con una vista inigualable de la playa de arena blanca y la piscina extra grande. Tiene un rey en el maestro, dos gemelos en el segundo dormitorio y dos gemelos en el tercer dormitorio más pequeño. Todos los televisores se han actualizado recientemente a los televisores inteligentes. Esta unidad tiene una vista al mar de su propio balcón privado. Excellent location and accommodations.

Magnificent beachfront breeze and access. Nearby to various tourist points of interest. Condo floor plan and large balcony was very comfortable for our family of 6.

Amazing location!

Great spot away from town but close enough to drive back and forth. View is great, apartment is sufficient and has everything you need. While it was hot in town, being on the beach was so pleasant. Definitely recommend. Close to supermarkets as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great trim to St Augustine. Really relaxing and not very crowded. Room was clean and condo was really nice. Only issue we had was that the remote for the TV in the second bedroom didn’t work, but we put in a request and they fixed it, there was no remote for the crowns nest tv N.A. we were told that that couldn’t fix it, so my kids didn’t have a tv all week.

The negatives of our unit were the lack of basic amenities such as a roll of paper towels to start you out, a hair dryer or multiple towels per bathroom. The balcony was outfitted with uncomfortable plastic stacking chairs so no one wanted to sit there😕Water issues in the complex so we were without water for 24 hours.

2023 Snowbird at Cony Reef Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in the condo for 3 months this year. I never get tired of sitting on the patio and taking in the sites and sounds of the surroundings. I walked the beach everyday except the 3-4 days that weather didn’t permit. The new appliances including refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, and dishwasher were very nice. The large sectional couch was nice also. The property manager was very nice. Thank you to Grace, George and Nicolette. Thanks to Keith the property maintenance guy also for his help.

It allows you to be close but have space as well. Unit 2403 had great beds, furniture, and balcony. The only cons were no hot water for kitchen sink so it made cleaning up dishes a challenge. We never had time to fill out a maintenance request or I’m sure it would have been resolved. There is one con about the property...they have no smoking area and one would think this is great...except it forces the smokers to the boardwalk (where property ends) then kids pass back and forth going to the beach. Maybe give smokers an area by the dumpster or something so people can enjoy their walk to the beach without shaming smokers who are told to go there.

The condo was nice, the cleaning was not so well done upon arrival. It advertises as 3 bedroom. The "3rd" bedroom is a like a small closet with 2 small kids beds and a closet. If you are claustrophobic,this is not for you.You cannot shut the door, if claustrophobic. All in all, condo nice, beach was nice, complex secure. Some areas needed general maintenance, but would recommend the complex to others.

Great view from problematic condo

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the good. You can't beat the view from this condo, and we've stayed at many ocean front condos on the beach. The turnoff was the cleaning crew did a lousy job. Most dishes and glasses weren't clean (apparently dishwasher problem, but one that should have been noticed). We also had to hand wash most of the pans and pots we used. The patio table was covered in food stains and other "stuff" and needed to be cleaned. The ice maker was frozen, and it took five days before someone came to fix it; which they did. Also, there are no chairs in the living area, just a very nice sectional couch, which isn't always comfortable for just sitting. Also, the second bedroom has two single beds only. The view, the pool, the boardwalk to the beach and the fitness area all are very nice. We did enjoy staying here, once we cleaned the place up. When you pay a $200 cleaning fee, the place should at least be very clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo I rented was 2403. It has a great view. The interior is nothing to write home about. The major problem is not the condo but the number of dogs that stay at the facility. If you have a family member who is allergic, diabetes or peripheral vascular disease this might not be a great place for you to stay. The walkway to the beach is the problem. It is narrow and the management doesn’t mandate the dog owners to closely control their dogs on the walkway. If you have diabetes or peripheral vascular disease a dog bite could cause you to lose a leg. Not worth the risk of staying here.

Returning Guest Sees Quality Going Down

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying in unit 2403 for almost 5 years. We love the location—the beachfront corner balcony can’t be beat, and the overall location of Colony Reef is perfect. The boardwalk has been rebuilt (I assume from the hurricane last year) and the new playground was nice. This year we noticed some upgrades in the unit (the W&D, the table and couch) BUT those upgrades couldn’t hide the details of the overall quality going downhill. The dishes were mismatched and scratched, and there were only 2 bowls in the whole place. The towels were abysmal. Aside from being scratchy poor hotel quality towels, they were so old they had holes in them. The floors were grimy and turned our feet black within minutes. The closets were full of broken appliances (fans, etc) and pieces of unusable furniture.Only one TV remote had batteries that worked. One remote was duct taped together (and still didn’t work) and the room with the crows nest didn’t even have a remote and the TV didn’t work manually. There was no dish soap available to use and only one sponge that had clearly been used prior to our visit. The table outside hadn’t been cleaned prior to us checking in. As you know if you’re reading this review, these units aren’t inexpensive, and previously they were worth the cost. This year, however, left us disappointed and making notes of other properties to research for our next trip to St. Augustine. I can’t say I’ll be returning unless the quality of cleanliness and unit basic amenities are raised significantly.

The air conditioning was on point and the living room/kitchen decorated well. Fit our family of 6 perfect.Only complaint would be that it is in need of some basic updates like a kitchen clock that works, new sheets on the bed (old and pilled), toilet seat in master stained.Overall, fab place and we will be back.
