We had a great stay at Regal Beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The location was excellent, with beautiful beach access and calm water that was perfect for snorkeling. Having a pool and being right on Seven Mile Beach was a huge plus as well.The host was very responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay. We were traveling with our toddler, and the condo was a great setup for our family.We absolutely loved our time in Grand Cayman and would definitely stay at Regal Beach 122 again!

Property was extremely well kept. Host and property manager were very responsive and helpful. Everything we needed was provided. Many good dining options within walking distance. Looking forward to returning and staying here again. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We had a great stay. The unit was full of supplies and the view was just beautiful. The host was very responsive to any of our needs. It was our first time to Cayman and we will be back. We didn't need a car as lots of restaurants were within walking distance. The condo staff is also very nice and helps with anything.. I would recommend if you are looking for a beach vacation.

Just a little slice of Heaven … truly a paradise!!! The condo is exceptional and exactly like the listing. Stocked with everything you need and also chairs and cooler for the beach. Located right on the beach and directly across from the pool. Donna and Ildy are the most wonderful hosts. Responsive to all questions within a very short time frame. Ildy came and met us and she is truly a sweetheart. She took time to share the highlights of the island and answered all our questions and this was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning!!!

Everything about the condo was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean with a bonus balcony that has a screen allaround to keep the mosquitos out. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of utensils if you choose to eat in some days. Host Donna and Ildi were very helpful with everything. Answered all the questions we had pre-booking and once we were there. Loved the beach area. Condo property is well maintained and clean. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking to stay here. Do not discourage yourself with beach construction going next door, we did not hear noise a bit. Beautiful place, view, location. Would go back again. Thank you Donna and Ildi to make our stay comfortable. Bringing loads of memories back with us.

We really like this condo, great location, well stock with things you needed. A washer/dryer came in really handy. The local property manager, Ildi was great. She called our just after we got to the condo to come over and introduce herself. She made sure we were all set up and gave us the lay of the land. I reached out to her a couple times during our stay and promptly got back to me. Very helpful.
