We had such an amazing time. No issues whatsoever. Waking up each morning having the beach right there is what vacations are made of. This townhome is beautifully updated. Our host checked in on us to make sure all of our needs were met. I would 100% recommend this 2 bedroom condo.

We have been staying at Sunnyside for 6 years and this particular rental 2 years in a row. It is cute, cozy and in a great location. We look forward to staying her each year.

A hidden gem! You are right on the beach. Only a few steps away. The balcony is a great size. The unit is pretty updated and well stocked with beach equipment (tent, chairs, toys). We really didn’t need to bring much. The bath towels are well stocked. Great communication with property manager. The two twin beds are off of the master, so there isn’t any real privacy there but they are tucked a bit away. I think the only drawback of this condo is the parking. If someone doesn’t park just right, it causes everyone to be unable to park in their spot. This is not a knock on this unit, just something to be aware of. I can see myself booking again. Great location and unit!
