Bienvenido a Villa Paradiso! Nuestro condominio de lujo Clearwater Beach es verdaderamente el epítome de relajante en el estilo. Villa Paradiso está recién renovado a partir de julio de 2016 y es de lujo, playa de lujo viven al mismo tiempo, calma, cálida y acogedora. Al caminar en una vista sin obstáculos de agua de la intercoastal, es prácticamente imposible no sentir inmediatamente relajado. Pasa tiempo en nuestro balcón y ver los manatíes y delfines jugar, mientras disfruta de un cóctel. Pescado fuera de nuestro muelle. Caminar a través de la calle al océano! Villa Paradiso es DIRECTAMENTE EN EL AGUA, CON UNOBSTRUCTED 180 GRADOS DE VISTAS DE AGUA. Estamos en el lado de la bahía de Clearwater Beach y directamente al otro lado de la calle desde el océano.

Si usted está buscando para relajarse en la playa, disfrutar de la vida nocturna, o estar justo al lado de restaurantes maravillosos; Villa Paradiso, nuestro condominio de playa muy bien situado ofrece todo. Estamos ubicados al otro lado de la calle de Shepard, que es el destino de Clearwater Beach principal para restaurantes y vida nocturna. Asegúrese de disfrutar de su brunch de los domingos. Estamos justo al otro lado de la calle de alquiler de deportes de agua, donde se puede paddle bordo, jetski, parasailing y más. También estamos justo al otro lado de la calle de alquiler de bicicletas, alquiler de carros de golf que le permiten cruzar la playa en estilo !. Just perfect

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was just wonderful. The location is perfect for all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. The condo was huge, well maintained and allowed for everyone to relax in comfort. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins playing almost daily. The condo is well stocked in the kitchen and has everything you need for a beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, pop up, wagon, and sand toys for the kids. We had a few minor issues and the owner was quick to respond and offers to correct.

Perfect spot

This condo was gorgeous! It was extremely clean upon check in and instructions for check in were clear. We had no issues getting in to the property. The condo was in walking distance to many places and we hardly took the car out the entire week. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view every day. My kids loved seeing dolphins daily! The beach was a short walk. Would love to stay again!!

Spacious Condo in Great Location

The condo’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodated our family of up to six people at a time extremely well. Its location to restaurants and the beach was within easy walking distances (we rarely used our car). We have stayed in many different condos for extended stays over the years and none of them had the sheer amount and variety of sundries as this one. The owner contacted us during our stay to inquire about our satisfaction with the unit. I gave him suggestions about some minor problems we encountered. He responded by saying he would have someone come and remediate them immediately. I told him that this was unnecessary since we would be ending our stay shortly. In summary, I would recommend this vacation condo all who are interested in having an enjoyable stay in a great location.

Amazing Week!

I highly recommend this property for many reasons. The property was clean, the property amenities were very nice, and the location was perfect. Access to the beach is only a short walk and if you don't want to fight the traffic getting in and out of Clearwater Beach you can use Gulf BLVD to Sand Key. We had a little issue with check in, but the property manager was on top of it and assisted us immediately. We will be back!

Clearwater Beach Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. The Condo was very well equipped and it was really appreciated that there was ample supplies. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect for us - we really enjoyed being close the the beach and in the thick of the action. The views from the balcony are spectacular and we regularly saw dolphins and penguins.

Super nice property in Clearwater beach. The best part was the beautiful porch overlooking the intercoastal waterway. We saw dolphins frequently. The unit was very well stocked and attract and comfortable. Finding the address was a little difficult but no big problem. the garage entrance is actually on Bay way not south Gulfview. Tito was very helpful and when my flight was canceled, did allow me another night ( not free of course) All in all a great time. I’d happily return.

Second time here and can't wait to go back!

We absolutely love this property! The location is amazing with its large balcony view of the bay, right across the street from the inlet (Shepards setup is awesome and welcoming to non-guest), and only 2 blocks from the beach! You cannot go wrong staying here as everything you need and more is just a short walk away. The condo owners take great pride in providing a welcoming and accommodating stay. The condo itself is clean, stocked well, and has the most comfortable beds! This is our 2nd Summer vacationing here in August for a week and cannot wait to do it again next year!

Just what we needed!

This property does not disappoint. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was located close enough to all the shops and restaurants but not so close that it was a nuisance. It is true that you will see dolphins in the harbor just outside the balcony. My family had a great time and we will defiantly rent again if we are in the Clearwater area.

Beautiful with a Breathtaking View

We were absolutely blown away by the beauty and charm of this place. Its evident the owners and property managers take great pride in making their condo a place of comfort and luxury. Many items were provided that made our stay so far from home easier, including beach towels, laundry detergent, and even shaving cream! The inside is decorated with the most beautiful hues of blue throughout which is carried out on to the beachy blue patio furniture on the amazing back balcony. We adored waking up in the master bedroom to the sunrise each morning as an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone and we hope and pray we can return in the future. It was a dream vacation!

Great rental!

Property was as great as advertised! Clean condo with all the amenities a family/group would need. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc… Unit came equipped with beach toys and chairs, umbrella, wagon and plenty of stuff to keep you busy. Shared pool was also a big hit with our group. Great views from balcony and saw dolphins on multiple occasions. Highly recommend. Tito was great to work with and communication was easy and fast. Will definitely consider renting again on any future trips to Clearwater! Thanks!

This unit is primly located on clearwater beach, but the complex itself is quiet and well taken care of. The water views are spectacular. You can literally wake up to see dolphins playing, and enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony and view unobstructed water views. It truly is glorious.
