This charming space features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a cozy living room with a full sized futon and pull out twin ottoman. Portable crib, baby bath, and changing pad available upon request. The full bathroom has a shower. Enjoy the cool AC, heating, washing machine / dryer, WiFi, hair dryer, fire TV, and steam iron during your stay. You also have use of the outdoor seating, table and 15' umbrella. Walking distance from the iconic Swan Pond and Snow Top ice cream and much more. Lovely property and just as described. It had a bit more road noise than we are used to but we really live in the middle of no where so any noise is more than we are used to. A touch of a challenge to find, but once we understood that its part of the Kumon building it is easy peasy!

Host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Place is clean and is fully stocked with all you need for a weekend/week getaway. Easy access to Syracuse campus and good food options nearby. We didn't realize the suite was the top level of a Kumon until we arrived. Our weekend stay was quiet, however.

We chose this apartment because it was close to my son's house in Manlius, so we did not spend a lot of time in it. The check-in was very easy, the apartment very clean, the kitchen very well-stocked with about every appliance one can think of, the beds comfortable, and our only regret is that we did not have much time in the apartment. This apartment is an excellent value with a great location--easy walking to restaurants and shopping.

Great location and space for family

We stayed at Swan Suites while visiting family in Fayetteville. It's a great location across from the swan pond and we enjoyed having room to spread out. Everything we needed was there, and our host was very responsive.

We loved the apartment. It was perfectly located to visit the many local waterfalls. It was also very close to restaurants and businesses, which was very convenient, and the beautiful pond with swans in front of the property was an added bonus. We will definitely come back for another visit and stay.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights over the Memorial Day 2026 weekend and found the large, clean apartment to be conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stories, and the historical attractions we wanted to visit. The two-bedroom space is above a business so the only noise comes from the busy road. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. The kitchen is well appointed, although we did miss not having an oven as we wanted to bake a pizza one night for dinner. The larger bedroom's bed was very comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of counter space for your toiletries. There is a window unit and standing fan in the larger bedroom and an a/c unit in the smaller bedroom's closet, so I am unsure how cool the apartment may be in the hot summer months. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would consider staying here again if our travels bring us back to this area of New York.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! You were absolutely right to notice the portable AC units. They were originally placed upstairs as a backup during a period when the central air was struggling to keep up on the 2025 90-100°F summer days. We're happy to share that as of May 2026, we've upgraded the system with a new thermostat and had the central air professionally serviced, tuned up, and recharged. Since then, the apartment has been staying cool and comfortable. We keep the portable units available as an extra precaution, but guests should not need them under normal conditions. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate you helping future guests make informed decisions.

I reserved this rental for elderly family members who were visiting for a large family celebration. I kept the host informed about who would be staying and confirmed that there were four guests (two couples). Unfortunately, both couples experienced difficulties upon arrival.The first couple did not receive the correct entry code, and when they called for assistance, the contact they were directed to became heated, which made the situation tense. The second couple arrived later in the evening and struggled to locate the entrance due to the lack of exterior lighting. The keypad also did not illuminate, leaving them in the dark trying to figure out why the code wasn’t working.Once inside, they agreed with previous reviews that the space was clean and suitable for an overnight stay. However, the double bed is placed on what seems to be a pallet, which may be uncomfortable for guests with mobility issues or chronic pain.While the location and interior met our needs, I hope the lighting and access points can be improved so future guests—especially older individuals—can safely and easily enter the property.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad your family found the suite clean and suitable for their stay. For the benefit of future guests, I'd like to clarify a few details. The reservation was originally made for two guests and was later changed to four, but the reservation itself was never updated to reflect the additional occupancy. The booking guest was also reserving on behalf of others. Our check-in instructions, updated entry code, and property information are sent through the booking platform to the person making the reservation, who is responsible for sharing them with everyone in their group. I reached out before arrival to ask about the expected check-in time so I could provide guidance for a late arrival, including information about the solar-lit walkway. Unfortunately, I didn't receive that information until much later. During our phone conversation, I also offered a full refund if the guests preferred not to stay, but they chose to continue with the reservation. I appreciate the suggestion regarding additional exterior lighting and will continue looking for ways to make late-night arrivals even easier. Thank you for your feedback.
