All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy fee their ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests overnight. Maximum apartment occupancy is 6 guests


Guests will have access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, convenience store, coffee shop, business center, meeting room
In case of orders, all packages going to front desk, please ask in advance fees for a keeping
**Dear guests as we mentioned our standard check in time is by 5 pm, but in frame of seasonality, it possible delay, due to housekeeping overload with cleaning
