This is a large fully furnished one bedroom, plus loft, plus living room sleeper sofa, two bathroom unit of approximately 1200 square feet and includes a full, well equipped kitchen. The front deck looks out at the Pacific Ocean, while the rear deck offers views of Kauai's interior rain forest covered mountains. The Cliffs Resort includes swimming pool, tennis, two hot tub, and much more.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 65" 4K Samsung smart TV, air conditioning, and its own private bathroom. There are two queen beds in the loft, and additional guests may use the sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a compact washer and dryer in the unit.

The unit is on the 3rd floor - which provides great views - but also means 28 stairs to climb.

The Cliffs Condo's are located in Princeville on the scenic north shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best. Perched on a volcanic plateau 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the view from your private lanai/deck is spectacular! This area of Hawaii is famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific. There are over 30 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs - from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular. You can snorkel, kayak, hike and frolic in waterfalls.
