Very large penthouse with 2, 000+ square feet of living space under roof, vaulted ceilings and the most incredible views over the largest coral reef in the State of Hawaii. Ocean views available throughout the condo's living area and into the huge master bedroom suite. Enjoy a cup coffee on the large covered private deck during what you will definitely find is the best sunrise over the Pacific Ocean on the entire island! You'll find the beautiful coral reef lite up below while you enjoy turtles swimming in shallow waters below and whales breach out past the reef during the winter months. This beautiful penthouse has a great upscale Hawaiian feel, highly upgraded and the best place to dis-connect and re-connect with family and friends! The owners live here part time and are always making sure that their place in paradise is delivering only the best in experiences for their friends, family and guests. The views were absolutely stunning!!! The property was lovely and well appointed with everything we needed! The host was so knowledgeable amd passed on all the information he had from first hand experience about, shopping dining, places to go and activities. His information was spot on! He was so good about answering any questions we had and seemed genuinely interested that we were having a good time! We could not have been more please and wouldnhighly recommend the property and the host! Thank you again for a wonderful time!

Amazing Property

Everything about the property was amazing, and as advertised or better. Views are spectacular, space was great for our family, kitchen well stocked for meals at home, and plenty of snorkel equipment for our whole family of 6. Appreciated the recommendations, especially the instructions for accessing the magical beach within walking distance of the property. Hope we can return someday again!

Great Escape

As somebody who has stayed in many condos in the Princeville area, this by far is our favorite. We look forward to returning. The condo was clean, had an incredible view from the lanai, and communication with the owner was great.

Wonderful ocean view and hospitality

This condo has wonderful ocean view within a resort. Everything that we need for vacation is readily available. Love the decoration in it. Everything is great. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying in this property and we can't wait to return again! The location and views are idyllic! The property has EVERYTHING you might need! Cooking utensils, cookware, spices, plenty of dishes and flatware, towels, paper products, you name it.

Paradise at Orchid Point

This property is stunning. We celebrated our daughter's golden birthday. The three bathrooms were needed with our girls! The beds were comfortable, the homes amenities were outstanding. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

We just wrapped up our stay at Edge of Cliff. What an amazing location and property. The views from the back deck were simply spectacular. We could see miles of the Anini reef system - the water was so clear you could almost see the fish and turtles swimming. We spent countless hours just sitting and gazing at the view.The condo itself was very nicely appointed and spacious. We were very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had most everything needed to cook all meals. Bill was excellent to work with and we also met the caretakers who made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.We did not want to leave to come out - but we'll be back!
