The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a variety of essentials, making it easy for you to whip up culinary delights!
Unwind in the inviting living area, complete with a large flat-screen smart TV and stylish furnishings that create a warm, elegant atmosphereâall while soaking in those stunning views. In addition, the living area includes a work desk for those who wish to work from home.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable King-sized bed and black out blinds. The ensuite bathrooms feature a convenient shower/tub combination.

Important Notes:
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
LOCATION: The suite is located in the Victoria Regent building but is not part of the Victoria Regent Strata Hotel. The suite is advertised and operated by Victoria Prime.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two access cards for access to the parking garage and suite.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6' (1.80m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6' (1.80m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
