A good experience

I could suggest removing the large furniture to make it more minimalist. That way, you could put a good-sized sofa bed in the living room

Mike was great and did a great job of letting us know everything we needed to know, met us when we got there to show us around and was quick to respond to any needs we needed. We will rent this property again!

Amazing property. Great community. Condo itself had its quirks, sink backwards, lightswitch upside down. Great ammenities, Netflix available, poois, and clubhouse..

Not as clean as home.

The resort is very nice. Great pool, golf courses and restaurant. The condos are dated, tired, and sticky. Bring your cleaning supplies and disinfectant. By far, the worst VRBO experience we've ever had.

Was great and peaceful!

Mike was very on top of communication and i appreciated that so much! I unfortunately was very busy as thia was a trip to help my family out with housing projects but Mike WAS planning on giving us a tour. Totally my fault! But luckily I've lived in the country club before so that load was lifted off him. I'd highly recommend booking with Mike and even re-booking!

Vacation at Ventura

Spent a week at this apartment with my Son for a Golf Break in the Orlando area. Well situated for airport and the parks and also easy to get to the coast. The apartment was a good size and well presented and perfect for our needs. The owner Mike was around and more than happy to help with any issues. Choice of 2 pools within very short distance and further swimming golf and tennis facilities at the club house. We had a enjoyable stay and would recommend to others.

Great Neighborhood

The neighborhood was great. Nice pools on site, security is thorough, they will check for pool passes. Everything you need is right outside the golf course (grocery, eating, shopping, etc). Condo has everything you need. Mike will take time to show you around the property and is very good with communication. By far, the best interaction we’ve had with a property owner on VRBO.

Super host, very generous!

Host so very kind and generous, very accommodating and great communication!! Check in and out process is very easy. Pools, playground, tennis courts to keep little ones busy while at the condo. Condo itself is very loved very worn and outdated. Beds were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in.

Good & bad

Great place if you are wanting a stay-cation. Lots of amenities in the gated community. Golf course, pools, hot tub, gym & restaurant/bar. Not really good if you were looking to Uber to events though. Some other things that prevent me from giving a 5 star rating are the cookware was not complete. Mismatched pans & lids. The mattress was very firm and the pillows were flat.

Mike is an amazing host. You wont find better. The property is in a gated community which is nice for secuirty but adds a few extra minutes when you are going places, because the gate guard isnt always there or refreshing your 5 day pass takes a minute.

Best Condo in Orlando

mike was absolutely amazing!! He’s an outstanding host. He allowed my sister and I to check in a little bit early and even took the time to take us around the clubhouse where the gym is located. Plenty of pools in the country club. The condo I stayed in had a beautiful view of the lake and a nearby pool. My husband and our dog joined my sister and I for the last leg of our trip and my husband also approved of this space. Mike is quick at responding via text and call and always more than willing to make sure that you are accommodated and comfortable. I was in town to perform at the Dr. Phillips center and on my days off, It was an easy drive to Disney World and Universal Studios. The location is great although Mike will break down to you the security protocol because security is tight and the area quiet. You will definitely want to stay here after going to the parks it’s very therapeutic to come to a quiet neighborhood after being at the parks all day. highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Michael’s condo! He was very accommodating, even allowing us to check in early after our flight arrived at 6am. Condo had everything we needed, even an extra mattress and pool toys! Location was perfect, stores within a 5 minute drive, pool just steps away. We cannot wait to come back, and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Nice Older condo at a reasonable price

Mike’s condo fit our needs nicely. It wasn’t lavish, but had the basics at a reasonable price. Mike gave clear communication of what to expect from the start and always responded quickly to requests. The resort is currently reworking their golf course which will probably be beautiful when finished.

Perfect Location

I chose the property because of its location. We were close to everything we needed but especially to the grandchildren who were free to visit and spend a weekend with us. Michael was an amazing host and he made himself available without always being in our faces.

Sister's Get Away

Mike and his wife were super nice to us. My Sister met me there in Florida. Mike gave us a tour and even carried our luggage into the condo. The condo was supplied with plenty of paper products, towels, dish and laundry detergent . The beds and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with lots of dishes and pans, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, ect..There are 3 swimming pools with hot tubs, and we swam in 2 of them. We loved it and enjoyed our stay, so much. Thank you Mike!
