Great stay with a fabulous view of downtown Denver. Property was what was listed in the details and photos, and has everything you need. We only stayed one night, as we were passing through Denver, but would have been a great place to relax and enjoy the city longer. Host was in communication at all times and was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again at this property !

Very attentive and welcoming host! The apartment was spotless and had an incredible view. The pool/sauna/hot tub were a great addition. It was also a pretty decent gym and the bar on the rooftop was convenient for a night cap.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Tina was the most attentive and kind host. And her place is just beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities from the rooftop bar, pool, hot tub and sauna. The location was perfect. Walking distance to coffee shops and Natural Grocers. Quick uber around town. Thank you so much, Tina! We definitely plan to stay here again.

The coolest place I have had the chance to stay!! The views are amazing and having access to the pool, sauna, hot tub and more are above and beyond. The place is super clean and the host was so accommodating to our needs/asks!!! I highly recommend if you are visiting Denver or want a staycation to take a look at this place.

This luxury penthouse was absolutely stunning! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and the two bedrooms were so comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar made it feel like a dream vacation—unbeatable views and the perfect place to unwind. And the best part? Tina! She was the sweetest, most helpful host—so welcoming and attentive. Can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Penthouse Experience with Unforgettable Views and Hospitality

Staying in the Penrose Apartments’ luxury penthouse was nothing short of phenomenal. Perched high on the 16th floor, the view was absolutely breathtaking, a sweeping panorama of downtown Denver that turned magical each evening as the city lights shimmered beneath us. Nothing could compare to the Fourth of July, when we were treated to over 100 fireworks displays across the horizon. It was like watching the entire city light up just for us—an unforgettable experience.The amenities were just as spectacular. The building boasts an elegant pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a soothing sauna, a full spa experience without leaving the property. After a day of exploring the city, coming back to these comforts felt like stepping into a private resort.The penthouse itself is truly luxury living at its finest. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the top-of-the-line appliances in the gourmet kitchen to the ultra-comfortable, high-end beds that made each night’s sleep feel indulgent. Everything was spotless, stylish, and functionally perfect.But what made this trip so memorable, what elevated it beyond a luxury stay, were the incredible hosts, Ryan and Tina. They are genuinely down-to-earth, kind-hearted people who made us feel like more than just guests; they made us feel welcomed, valued, and at home. In a world where many rentals are impersonal or overly monitored, this space had no surveillance no intrusions, just trust and hospitality, thank you Tina and Ryan!
