Pros: Modern, clean and well furnished basement in a residential area in Moncton. It is exactly like the photos. We wished to have washer & Dryer or a cuisine but here aren't.There is a baking tray though. There is a parking in front of the house beside the owner's car and there are security cameras. Cons: This is a basement in the Owner's house. The sound insulation was not good at all. We can hear every movement and every conversation on top of us like we were in the same room. I should say though that the family made a big effort to accomodate us and make minimal noise. It was highly appreciated.

Great option in Moncton

We recently stayed at this property, our travel party consisted of 3 adults.The property is built in a brand new subdivision. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. The property is a multifamily dwelling with a private outside entrance to the downstairs suite where we stayed. This place easily accommodated our requirements, it was very clean, close to everything we had planned and slept the 3 of us comfortably. It is a single bedroom which my wife and I took, the bed was comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pullout (hide-a-bed) in the living room. She had no complaints at all. The property owner was diligent from initial booking communications, and even checked in periodically during our week long stay to ensure we were taken care of. We are pleased with our choice to stay here and we will certainly rebook this property next time we come back to Moncton.
