Quiet and tranquil with a lovely view over Sundon Hills, horse stable nearby. Secure off-street parking. The apartment is upstairs (no ramp). Ebike available to rent, a deposit will be required to use the ebike.

Enjoy a coffee and a read here, or laze in the garden. The bird song early in the morning is lovely! A horse might be heard rustling in the far corners during the day.
The BATHROOM is up the stairs, ensuite and private, only accessible through your bedroom. You have access to the shower, bath and toilet.
The BEDROOM fits a double bed, a smart TV, bedding and pillows are provided, as well as towels.
The KITCHENETTE provides all you need to for self-catering, with a washing machine.
LAUNDRY: You are free to use the washing machine and sundry laundry items. There is a communal dryer down the stairs.
You have SEPARATE entry doors for your privacy and convenience.
Mail/Parcel Delivery: Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to sender.
We provide basic cookware for our guests. Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
