Washer, dryer and all amenities in the home. Caltrain and lightrail station to SF/San Jose is an easy walk at 1/2 mile away (or drive and park). Two off-street parking spaces, with additional street parking available within 10 feet to two blocks of the home, depending upon events going on downtown.
