Welcome to your private Lake Lanier retreat, where unforgettable lake days and peaceful evenings come together. Nestled in a quiet deep-water cove near Lake Lanier Islands, this waterfront home offers beautiful views, a private two-story floating dock, and everything you need for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

Wake up with coffee on the covered deck overlooking the water, spend the afternoon swimming, floating, fishing, or relaxing on the dock’s upper sundeck, then gather around the dining table or enjoy dinner on the spacious outdoor deck as the sun sets over the lake.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with:
• Main Level: King Master Suite, Queen + Twin bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with Smart TV.
• Lower Level: Two Queen bedrooms, full bathroom, cozy family room with fireplace, foosball table, Smart TV, and additional sleeper sofa.

Want to experience Lake Lanier like a local? A luxury 23’ Cobalt Bowrider is available to rent exclusively for guests staying at the home for an additional fee. Enjoy the boat from sunrise to sundown and explore the lake at your own pace before returning it to your private dock. Fuel is not included, and a refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required. The cost for the boat rental is $600 a day with $200 Refundable Deposit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn the A/C Thermostat to 72
Please Start the first load of dirty towels in the washing machine
Place Grill cover back on grill if used Pick up all lake toys in their respected place Take Garbage can to the side the road for pick on weds evening
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Driveway and Cart path are both shared driveways please do not block either of them so all parties can come and go as they please.
After 9pm please keep noise level on balcony down to a minimum out of respect of our lovely neighbors.
Only use the dock that is directly behind the home the other docks belong to the neighbors and we don’t have permission to use them.

Great lake house to rent, the lake view from the back porch was wonderful, the deck was great and wonderful surroundings. The walk down to the water/deck was a lot of steps but they were laid out well, so only mention this for anyone who cannot handle steps well. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a nice lake house.

This was a very nice cottage like home. Our Host was very helpful and immediately available. We rented the boat which was a huge plus. The Cobalt boat was in very good condition. We would rent again.

We had an amazing stay! Really clean, spacious and the dock was great to swim off! Colby kept in great contact. This place has everything you need for a Great Lake stay. We didn’t take the option to rent the Jet Ski’s and boat but will definitely be back!

Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed. Great property on the lake! We rented it specifically with the option for the additional recreational equipment. Some of that was no longer available as we reached our vacation date. There was also some confusion with some of the equipment when we were at the house. As fall approaches, I may work on the fire pit that is advertised because it wasn’t usable while we were there. The view from the deck to the lake was top notch - I could sit out there forever!
