The living and dining areas flow seamlessly, featuring a large table that seats 7, great for family meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including cookware, utensils, and dish-ware. Enjoy two spacious decks, each offering seating and outdoor dining, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



Bedroom 1 features a king bed, full dresser, generous closet space, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Step through sliding doors onto your private deck to take in ocean breezes and the soothing sound of the waves.



Bedroom 2 is ideal for kids or adults, this room includes bunk beds with a twin trundle, a dresser, closet, and a private en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer.



The beach is within sight and it is just a short walk to the private beach access. You’ll also find beach gear chairs, toys, buckets, and lounge cushions, ready for your day by the ocean. After the beach, rinse off in your own private outdoor shower and relax into coastal living. You’ll also have access to a nearby community pool and tennis courts, just a quick walk from the property.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
