Si vous ĂȘtes dans le maĂźtre, vous pouvez regarder la journĂ©e commencer au-dessus de l'ocĂ©an dans le confort de votre lit king-size. With less than 24 hours prior to traveling the 9 hours to our destination, the County advised us to delay our travel, WARNING of the major storm approaching with its dangerous winds, rain, and most importantly FLOODING of the property, its access roads, and parking lots. The host never responded to our distress call for help in rebooking or refunding.VRBO would not permit cancellation. The pre-purchased Insurance Claim was rejected immediately after filing within the week. I will not book again.

The location is great. The beach is right out your balcony. Master bedroom has its own door to the balcony. The balcony is covered so you will be out of the rain/sun. Be aware you will be on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There is a luggage lift that can take your bags and coolers almost to your door. This was our 2nd time staying here and would stay again.

Beautiful ocean front condo in a convenient location! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, enjoying the great ocean view. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals. This building does not have an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, it may not be for you. We didn't mind the flights of stairs at all.

Just as described. Loved the easy access to the beach and the balcony. Rooms super clean and beds comfy! Host was so good about answering questions as we were there during hurricane Erin and helped with concerns. Overall great stay and would book again!

Enjoyed staying in this condo-very clean and organized-had everything we needed, especially helpful that they had beach gear we could use (chairs/umbrella/boogie boards). Would recommend grilling tongs and replacing lock box by front door. Owners were responsive to any questions we had. Great location and loved staying oceanfront! We would stay here again.

Beautiful beach and comfortable accommodations

Our stay went very smoothly. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no problems cooking all of our meals with what was there. The decor was very nice. Modern beachy. Beds were comfortable. The 2nd bedroom ran really warm so we used a fan in the hall to push cool air in. The steps were a lot durning this recent heat wave. Beautiful views of the ocean.

It was great - seems like issues with VRBO messaging - but they were responsive by phone and text. Would benefit from an explicit checklist for check out... Strip the beds / run the dishwasher / take out the trash...etcClose to groceries and various bars and restaurants. Beach was moderately quiet and not too busy.Overall very pleased

great view

the best thing about this trip was the view. I struggled to get the key box open tried calling every number on the site and got no response. Finally a neighbor helped me and he had to get a tool from his truck. The place was not clean and the mildew was bad. The view is amazing and luckily the weather was good so we spent our time outside.

Good Location/Great Views

Great views from the 3rd floor of the beach from the balcony. Walking distance to Goomby’s for supper. Yes there are stairs and no elevator but there is a luggage lift for your stuff. The view is worth the steps. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. FYI dirty dishes were put back in the cabinets and the back door doesnt lock. The guest bathroom "rings" when the light / fan is on for several minutes.

Perfect condo for our family!

Perfect amount of room for our family, with an amazing view! Our teenage children shared a room and the king suite was great for my husband and I. We were at beach or out shopping/eating most of the time and loved the location. Miller's Seafood & Steakhouse and Goombays were favorites of ours!

A lovely beachside getaway

What a perfect beachside site. The view is fantastic and the sound of crashing waves makes sleeping easy. Location is easy to find and close to conveniences. Highly recommend.

The views are stunning! Great location, everything you’ll need is here. Full kitchen, very comfortable furniture and bed. Really comfy. We will definitely book again.

Cozy

The place was quiet, comfy, and cozy. The balcony was perfect for your morning coffee while watching the surf and on a few occasions dolphins swim by. It is also a great place for a relaxing evening meal. The host was great and responded relatively quickly to any questions I had. we can't wait to go back!
