This is the perfect house to bring your entire family. Lots of natural lights, jetted jacuzzi.
It's inside the Black Bear Resorts with tons of amenities heated pool, bike trails, fire pit, mini golf, fishing pond, club house, volleyball and tennis court, playground, trails and etc. Central location, mins to ski resorts, beautiful trails, waterfalls, state park, restaurant, downtown Davis.
House is beautiful! Required pet fee.

Area is 4 seasons destination, from skiing, hiking, visiting some beautiful waterfalls, white water rafting, water tubing, fishing, scenic overlook, horseback riding, swimming, restaurants, shops, mountain biking.
