Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The host claimed to be unaware we were coming, that he had no reservations, no bookings, and was in another city so couldn't come let us in. He said he doesn't use the platform anymore (although the property is listed and we had booking receipts from both Expedia and VRBO). We didn't get to sleep where we paid for and had to go to a nearby (expensive) hotel, the only one with a free room in that neighborhood. We'll be asking for a full refund.
