Incredible home! Very spacious and cozy. House was cleaned beautifully and very child friendly. Host was easy to contact, checked in often and was very kind. So much to do the in the area. Great location, close to several attractions and areas to shop and eat. One of our best trips!!!!!

great cabin for weekend with Women of Joy group. Cabin is convenient for the Pigeon Forge area. We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cabin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night family getaway at Cozy Cove. The home was as depicted online, clean and comfortable. It's a bonus when everyone has their own bathroom. The indoor pool was enjoyed as was the outdoor firepit. We hiked Abrams Falls and enjoyed some touristy things in Pigeon Forge. We loved the large dining table to share meals together.

The house was a perfect!!!

The house was a perfect amount of space for a family of seven adults three kids!’ downstairs game room and backyard was great we made s’mores on the fire pit. The kids loved it. Really nice having The putting green too. we also all enjoyed movie night!’ very spacious bedrooms n bathrooms! Highly recommend!! only thing that I think would be great is if they were a proper child gates on the stairs going up and down. My family had a great relaxing time!

The house was super cute, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool security gave us extra peace of mind with the kids, which we really appreciated. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Sam was very responsive and provided great instructions. Overall, such a great place to stay!

Very awesome house! So kid friendly with toys, bunk beds, putt putt, an indoor pool! The house was a vacation in itself. Close to all downtowns and Dollywood! Communication was very thorough and easy with the host. Bathrooms and overall house decor was updated and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

What a house!

We visited with 3 families (8 kids total) and it was the perfect space. Kids had a blast, parents relaxed, and it was convenient to everything. My favorite part: the bathrooms were stocked with flossers 😍
