From the minute we booked until we checked out, Andy was always prompt in his response. The home was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the sandy beach, clear lake, kayaks, water toys, bonfire and even rented a pontoon from Aussie sports, so many could go tubing. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stock with many kitchen cooking essentials, Weber grill was in good condition. We enjoyed playing Ping pong, the arcade games and foosball. The lower level does get much cooler but we have family members who like it cooler so it wasn’t an issue for our group. This was our 6th annual family summer vacation and everyone said we would definitely rent this home again. In fact, my grandchildren didn’t want to leave.

We all had a good time on the property. We have zero complaints. Any minor hiccup we had was taken care of asap, the neighbors nearby were very friendly. We had such a wonderful experience we would consider visiting again.

The property was perfect for our family union. One of my sons lives in Colorado, the other in Georgia, my daughter lives in the same town as us. We have a 8 month old baby and a 14 year old going into his freshman year of high school, plus 3 in between those two. It's getting harder and harder for us to work it out to all be together at the same time. The house had plenty of room for all of us (the cousins loved the bunk room) and there was plenty for them all to do. The kitchen was big enough for more than one person to work. We ventured out a couple of times, once to the dunes and the second time for a tall ship cruise, but honestly, I think everyone would have been just as happy to just hang out at the house.

Great hole for families or even groups

Loved the proximity to Crystal Mountain and Traverse City. We were there in the winter so no lake fun, but I’m sure that would be even better. Highly recommend this place.

Lake getaway

We had a great time at the lake. It was a small lake, but the fishing was decent, and there was very little traffic. Given the opportunity, I will definitely stay here again.

Yearly family vacation

Great experience. We enjoyed the quiet serene surroundings. The cabin was roomy, with many separate areas to gather. The beach/lake was wonderful for the warm days that we experienced.

Great house for a family and small group.

We enjoyed this place a lot. The kitchen was large and accommodated our family. The lower level bunk room worked well for singles and we had plenty of bathrooms. Great Lake view.

we had total 21 people (5 families) and enjoyed staying in this house. Good view and pretty enough space at kitchen. It was perfect choice to pick up this house for our vacation.

Great stay

Perfect spot for our big family. Weather wasn’t great to enjoy the outdoors but the home provided lots to do inside. Many kudos to the ping pong table and indoor video games!

This is a hidden gem of a place that I would book again and again. The sunsets were amazing, the lake was perfect, and the home a great place to celebrate family with fun! We loved it and Andrew the owner is a great person to deal with.

Great home, great location!

It fit our group of four families nicely. The only con would be the check out process. There's a lot to get done in a short amount of time the day you leave. Would definitely stay there again.
