New Smyrna Beach is waiting for you at this 5-bedroom townhome. This north side beach townhome offers 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 2 twin beds and 2 doubles for a wonderful stay. With 3 bathrooms featuring a mix of showers, and bathtubs, guests will have an enjoyable time relaxing. There are 2 extra half baths for convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
This is perfect for Families to share and much cheaper than needing multiple hotel rooms and space to make this feel like its your second d home!Beach Acess is out the front door! 1 mile from famous Flagler Ave and less than a half mile from all the famous restaurants. There is an option to add the 1/1 Studio apartment on the first floor to any rental giving you more space! Both the North Side and South Side can be combined for large groups, events, and multiple familiesto share. Just one side sleeps over 14 comfortably. But can combine both for larger needs.

Been in the Beach Hospitality Short Term Rental Business for over 45 years. From the Outer Banks of NC where weekly beach rentals have been the normal market place for over 75 years.

Perfect Location. Immediate beach access. Near all the great Restaurants. 1 mile to famous Flagler Ave. 1.5 Miles to downtown Canal St. half a mile to the Garlic and 15 blocks to Chases on the beach and So Napa Grille.

The huge Kitchen and Living space. 3 families can share just one side and be perfectly comfortable. Its possible for 12 people to have their own beds per side. There is a game room/Sitting area on the second floor for the kids. Each side comes with access to another studio suite at the bottom of each Beach Townhome.
This property can also be combined. We added an open fire door that can combine both townhomes into one. Perfect for large parties, Reunions, and weddings parties.
