This was a great place to stay. It was comfortable, easy to cook our own meals, and a great hub for the Shakespeare Festival, Cedar Breaks and Zion National Park. The hosts were great a responding quickly and made our stay nice.

Very nice and clean home. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and common small appliances. Great stock ok towels, soaps and paper products. Great large enclosed backyard for dogs. Nice neighborhood. 15 mins from shops, restaurants.

Property is beautiful and very clean. Ample supplies lots of dog room in the yard with nice secure block fence. The only thing was the landscape (grass area) was not being watered and was pretty much dead front and back yard.

This is a great stay! Nice and clean. However suggestion for living room: Add 2 comfy chairs or recliners for a conversational area. Very difficult sitting on one couch to converse. Overall though great stay.

The home itself was very clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. We appreciated the effort that went into keeping the property in good condition.Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor communication regarding the air conditioning. We completely understand that appliances and HVAC systems can fail unexpectedly, and we don’t fault the owner for the AC breaking. What was disappointing was learning on the morning of our departure —from both the cleaning staff and the AC repair technician—that the issue was already known before our arrival. We were not informed ahead of time, which would have given us the opportunity to make other arrangements or at least arrive prepared for the situation.Clear and proactive communication would have made a significant difference. Had we known in advance, our expectations could have been adjusted, and the experience would have been much less frustrating.
