Great stay overall-easy process to access the condo and the place itself was clean and spacious. The pool was very close and was very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. Amenities in the condo were also great- including pool towels and some free snacks. Only downsides were the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the chain in the toilet in the king bedroom kept detaching.

Clean comfortable & convenient

Quiet clean comfortable condo close to all the Carrollwood shopping and restaurants. We’ve stayed here previously and will stay again.

This is our second time staying at this property. Very comfortable and convenient to for our visit. Teresa and John are great hosts. Will definitely look to stay there again when visit family in Tampa.

Great accomodations and Hosts.

Accomodations were great. Very clean. Has everything you need, plus little extras like toothpaste and shampoo. The Hosts were very flexible with my situation, and nicer than I could ever imagine.

Our First VRBO Experience & It Was Great

The condo was exactly as pictured and was spotless and spacious. Super friendly community with a great pool just a short walk away. It was close to shopping. The hosts were very helpful and immediately answered my many, many questions. Would stay there again for sure.

Property as described

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was about 20 minutes to Busch Gardens. We enjoyed the gated community, the beautiful pool area and the view of the lake. The condo was clean and well appointed, it was a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day. We would definitely stay here again.

Not very clean and didn't feel safe

Property manager and cleaning lady were there when we checked in (4:00 p.m.) and were there until 6:00 p.m.. TV not working and property manager ordered a new cable box. It took 1 week before TV was working. Condo was pretty dirty. Carpet filthy, needs cleaning. Rest of flooring dirty. Needs to be washed. Couch needs to be replaced, falling apart. Bathtub not very clean. Sliding door lock broken, didn't feel very safe. There were no instructions from manager regarding TV channels, where pool was located, garbage, etc. Had to figure it all out on our own. We stayed 3 weeks and didn't find the pool until after first week after taking a walk around parking lot, again since no instructions from property manager. We've stayed at several condos in Florida over the years and I have to say this is the worst experience we've ever had.

I'm sorry that you didn't feel comfortable. Must of our guests don't feel the same way. I give you a refund for TV cable box inconveniences.

Cool property in Carrollwood

Our family spent close to 3 weeks at this property and overall it was pleasant. Being in a gated community gave us a sense of peace and safety. The hosts Teresa and John were very responsive, which was a plus. The only thing we didn't like (It is beyond the hosts' control) is that the community where the property is located doesn't recycle. For that reason, we felt guilty about mixing plastic bottles with the trash. Also, the hard water issue in the Tampa area was felt by low water pressure in the master bathroom' shower.

Perfect getaway for family visit

Our stay here was perfect for our needs. It was Very clean, very bright and very quiet. The space was very comfortable and close to the family we were visiting. The kitchen was great for the meals we cooked. Gated community was a plus too! We will definitely stay here again!!

Loved the space

This space was perfect for my family. Traveling with teenagers and they didn't want to share beds. This was perfect with separate beds for them and that was hard to find. Lots of perfect little touches like pool towels that we forgot to bring with and tvs in sperate rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Thank you!

Amazing

The room was amazing and had everything we needed and more. The pool was close and had such a beautiful view. The room also had a beautiful view of a small pond with a fountain. The community is gated and gave us a sense of security. Overall this place felt like home away from home. If we come to Tampa again, I will be sure to try to get this room again.

One month stay, new "snowbirds"

The owners were very responsive to a few issues that arose during our stay. The overall condition of the property is a bit outdated and needs some cosmetic maintenance. The condo we rented needs new furniture in the living area. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Pool area extremely nice. An ongoing issue with ants in the kitchen needed to be addressed. Owners were helpful in trying to getting that resolved. The condo was good but not exceptional.

Good but not great

House had a nice supply of kitchenware and bathroom supplies. Nice and clean house with 3 tvs and wi-fi so kids were happy. Nice location with minimal travel to many tourist attractions. Had a problem with ants, in kitchen area and master bathroom. Contacted owners but were not able to get pest control in that week. Bought about ten ant traps to keep them under control. It was a nuisance but nothing that we couldn't handle. Dryer did not work, contacted owners and had someone there the following day, unfortunately they did not fix the issue so still did not work. There is an on-site laundry mat so that worked just a little inconvenience. All in all it was nice with a few minor flaws.

Mostly a Great Stay

We enjoyed our six week stay in this condo. Our property manager was very responsive and gracious to our needs. Requests were promptly answered and this made our stay all the more enjoyable. Basically the things that our property manager could not control were the things concerning. The exit and entry onto a busy road was the most disconcerting.

We loved our stay! Everything was clean when we arrived. All instructions were clear; we didnt have to reach to the owners. We asked for a late check out and the owners had no issue with it.
