Un lugar especial para relajarse y soñar

Maravillosa estancia con una zona de recreo enorme con barbacoas, ping pong, árboles frutales, mesas, zona de juegos infantil y súper cómodo para personas con perros. La amabilidad de los dueños te hace sentirte en tu propia casa. Totalmente recomendable en una zona poca explotada turísticamente con muchas cosas que aportar: Módena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, gastronomía italiana auténtica. Para volver una y otra vez.

This is what Bella Italia means!

Very nice Location, a very lovely family and the Appartement is nice and clean. Fantastic garden with some different terraces invite to visit the landscape. By this a good bottle of wine and the Italian atmosphere is perfect. We will see us again. Thomas April 2017

Nice owners, but not what we expected

Beautiful property with kind, helpful owners. We were somewhat disappointed because we thought it would be more of a destination /agritourismo in and of itself but it's really just a nice yard with a small playground and ping-pong table and you can buy wine made with their grapes if you want to. Also the listing says there is a communal pool which my kids were really looking forward to, but there was no pool.

Ideal zum Kennenlernen der Emilia Romagna

Ruhige, aber für Besichtigungen der Emilia Romagna zentral gelegene Unterkunft, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer, Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr sauber - Heizung und WIFI funktionierten einwandfrei. Große Liegewiese mit BBQ und Kinderspielplatz sowie Gemeinschaftsraum (mit PC-Anschluss). Bologna, Parma und Reggio Emilia sind in 30 - 60 Min. erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es eine nette Käserei (sehr gut: Crema di Parmigiano tartufato) und eine Cantina sociale mit Weinen der Region. Das Essen im nahe gelegenen Agrozurismo Giardino di Carmen und die Pizzen in "Roba di Matti" sind zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

TRES AGREABLE ET IDEAL EN FAMILLE

CLAUDIA la propriétaire est charmante , discrete et prévenante , son conjoint aussi est attentif aux locataires . Leurs conseils touristiques étaient appréciables. La location est situe en zona rurale , proche de la charmante et vivante petite ville de Reggio et des belles villes à visiter avec leurs bonnes spécialités à déguster à : Modena, bologne et parme Il y a un jolie jardin bien arrangée ( voir photos) , Nous étions en famille (10 personnes=4 couples et deux jeunes) et avons trouvé les studios impeccables ainsi que le petit logement de plein pied . Le beau temps de cet fin octobre, nous a permis de faire un barbecue dans le jardin ,ce qui a complété agréablement ce séjour à "il brugnolo "

Très agréable week-end

Nous sommes partis en famille, 2 adultes et 3 enfants, pour visiter le musée Ferrari à Modène, et nous avons loué dans cette ferme un appartement en rez-de-chaussée, très confortable, propre, idéalement situé en fonction de notre programme et une propriétaire très à l'écoute et qui comprend et parle à merveille le français. Tout était parfait, il y avait même une liste avec des restaurants à proximités que nous avons essayé, et nous avons été enchantés. Je conseil fortement cette location, qui à un rapport/qualité/prix exceptionnel.
