The first bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed. Both come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Public transportation is easily accessible, with Business Bay Metro Station just minutes away and several bus routes serving the area.

The neighbourhood is filled with a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Popular dining spots nearby include Soy to Chutney, Just Salad, Le Petit Belge, Taipei Dao, My Square, Pizza Express, Mara Udon, and Cha Cha Chai. For grocery shopping, residents can visit Choithrams, Carrefour Market, Allday Market, and ZOOM, all close by.

A short distance away are major attractions like Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Opera. Nearby parks include Bay Avenue Park and Burj Park, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
