What makes this property unique
This is a unique property in the local area as there are few restored 1905 Historical Banks left that reflect the past like this one property shows. In addition, the MGM shed located on this property features the world's largest wooden wheat threshing machine and tractor that powered it - built by the Avery Company from Peoria, Illinois. In addition, items of interest include the display of the first breakaway rims invented here that were adopted by the NBA. A photo collection taken by a 15 year boy between 1907 and 1912 that consisted of 4000 glass slides of the local area and much more in the Dorrance State Bank now known as the Dorrance Bankery.
