361A Commercial St Unit 2 Provincetown is a centrally located, second floor luxury condominium with ocean view, deck, and beach access available for weekend, weekly, and longer term rentals during peak, shoulder, and off season (peak season is rented Saturday to Saturday but 32-day stays are tax-free and are less expensive than 28-day stays when booked). You are steps away from the pier if you arrive by ferry and minutes walk to Provincetown restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and the beach. The unit has a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, free washer/dryer, living room that seats 4, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with rainfall shower and body jets, and bonus room with full-sized high-end sleeper sofa futon and sliding barn doors for privacy, not to mention a 60" TV. This condo is perfect for singles or a couple, with space for an overnight guest. We are located near three pay-per-use public parking lots which are free in the off season and can be used with a City parking pass during peak season. No smoking and no pets please. We look forward to having you as a guest in the heart of Provincetown!

Fantastic condo in great location

I absolutely loved this condo centrally located on Commercial Street near Pepe’s. Justin was fabulous and proactive! I also think that the condo is much nicer than the pictures represent. I really enjoyed my two week stay and will come back!

Perfect spot to explore PTown

Ideally located in the center of town and close to the ferry, we walked almost everywhere. The beach is only a few steps away. The unit is light, bright, spacious and has a nice view of the harbor. The kitchen is well laid out and equipped. The in unit laundry was a nice bonus. The bedroom is small but the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

The location can't be beat. If you love Provincetown, you will know you have found a gem. We just hope It's available when we're ready to return!

Clean, well stocked with all necessities and within walking distance of everything in Ptown.

We did not get to meet Justin but he answered all texts and emails in a timely manner and when we arrived a couple hours later than anticipated he even called to make sure we weren't having any problems. The condo was very clean and well stocked with cookware, utensils, linens and even paper products. The condo is layed out nicely and is very comfortable. Being on commercial street put us within walking distance of almost everything. We walked to all the local shops and local beach and rented bikes to ride the trails through the sand dunes. We would definitely recommend Justin's condo and are seriously considering going back next year. Thanks again Justin !!!

A true gem by the water

I've been coming to Provincetown for almost a decade now, and I stayed in this apartment for much of the summer of 2018. It is a very rare find for Provincetown. Some of the newest construction around, bay views, lovely cross-breeze, fantastic location on the East End, and even Sonos sound wired throughout. Justin was very accommodating and responsive, as well. Can't recommend enough and I would very happily stay here again.

Amazing!!!

This condo was great. It's actually bigger than it looks. The place was clean and the AC was AMAZING!!! Justin was very responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating when I asked for an early check-in because of the ferry's early arrival time. We stayed here for a week with our 5 year old. The bonus room is perfect for a child. The show has great water pressure and instant hot water. Everything you could want in a rental is provided. There were even extra toothbrushes under the bathroom sink just in case you forgot yours. Justin has truly thought of every need a renter might have. The public parking lot is on the side and has two public bike racks that you can use if you rent bikes while visiting. Note: The private deck is not right outside the door. It's down the stairs and a walk behind the building that is closer to the beach and then you arrive at the deck. The deck does provide private access to the beach but it's not necessary because the public entrance is about equal distance on the other side of the building. The deck being so far away made it impossible for us to use in the evening after our child went to bed. Also, if you're a light sleeper be warned that the delivery trucks and trash trucks start coming down Commercial Street at 5am EVERY MORNING!!! The noise was not a problem for my wife and child but I was up early every morning. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

spacious apartment within easy walks to everything

This place is beautiful and has the perfect location on the beach in the center of town. I love the waterfall shower, and the extra "bonus" room/bedroom has a very comfortable futon. I'd definitely stay here again.
