Iâm a Canadian entrepreneur whoâs been living in Thailand for the past few years after backpacking through Europe and Asia. This villa is the first home Iâve built since moving here, and itâs been a rewarding project to share with travelers. Back in Canada, I owned an MMA academy and Iâm still very involved in martial arts. These days, I also run a beachside bar where guests can enjoy discounts on poolside drinks, play a round of pool, ping pong, or foosball, catch sports on TV, or listen to occasional live music. Iâve picked up a bit of Thai through local classes and everyday life, and I live just 20 minutes away. Iâm happy to help personally or send staff if you need anything during your stay.

The beach here is world-class, with stunning limestone cliffs that make it a paradise for rock climbers and anyone who loves dramatic scenery. Itâs also the perfect hub for island hopping, day trips, and easy boat rides to Railay Beach. Beyond the natural beauty, the locals are some of the friendliest people Iâve met, the food is unbelievably delicious, and the weather makes every day feel like a holiday. The villa itself is tucked away on a quiet little street with open lots on both sidesâso it feels private and peacefulâbut itâs only 5 minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants, and everything youâd want.
