Winter ❄️ is here! Book today. Holiday dates available. Weekly discounts. Enjoy family time in our beautiful home with WiFi. Cozy three bedroom with loft/2 bathroom home offers open comfortable living space. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with flat screen TV with cable and streaming on your personal accounts, dining area, fireplace, deck and outdoor fire pit. Wi-Fi, board games, puzzles, and DVDs. The unfinished basement area offers a ping pong table for friendly matches. Our association offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, a fishing pond, tennis, hiking and access to VAST snowmobile trails. Community/Association and Clubhouse rules and regulations must be adhered to. Mt. Snow is approximately a 10-minute drive; Stratton Mountain is approximately 40 minutes away. Other nearby activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, guided snowmobile tours, hiking, boating/jet ski rentals, antiquing, outlet shopping, museums, Fall foliage, restaurants, wineries, festivals, cinemas. Wilmington is a quaint town with shopping and restaurants. Many events at Mt. Snow include Oktoberfest and Vermont Wine & Harvest Festival. Enjoy the nearby Marlboro Music Festival. Our home in Vermont does not have air conditioning. Most of the summer A/C is not needed. There are ceiling fans in the living room and the downstairs bedroom. There are fans available should they be needed.


In winter, weather permitting there is an ice-skating rink. The tennis courts are available in warmer weather for your use. Beautiful lakes and hiking are nearby for your enjoyment.
We use our home regularly; the kitchen has many essentials.

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The layout was great for 4 teens and 4 adults. Just the right size. Very well kept property. The house was in the perfect location for skiing at Mt. SNOW.

Greatest host ever.

Host, Christine, was extremely, extremely helpful in getting our reservation finalized, even on Christmas Day while entertaining. The property is as charming as it is listed. Extremely well-stocked, dry fireplace wood enough for well over 2 weeks stocked and ready for use. Home was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our family of eight. I cannot say enough great things about this amazing home and most importantly host. Highly recommend.

Very cozy!

Perfect for our needs! Especially loved that every thing we needed was provided. Only had to bring sheets and towels. The fireplace, with plenty of firewood, and the ping pong table were a bonus. I gave the check in process 4 stars bc none of the links to access our keys worked. But the owner responded immediately to a late night phone call to provide the access code. Thank you Christine! Would def recommend.

Perfect for a family ski trip!

We loved the house! I rented the house for four nights for myself, my husband and our two young adult children. It's about a 15 minute drive to Mount Snow. The house is spotless and bright but still has a nice cabin vibe. The space was more than adequate and could easily have accommodated a few more people. I love the way the bathrooms were situated. Both bathrooms were accessible from either the main space or directly from the bedroom. The water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook a gourmet meal if that's what you're into but the house is a just a short drive down into town if you'd rather eat out. The beds were comfortable and there were ample blankets and pillows. There was plenty of dry stocked wood for the fireplace and a nice selection of streaming TV services set up and ready to go on the ROKU. We made good use of the clubhouse facility in the complex which has a hot tub. Christine, the owner is great. She responded to the few questions I had almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house, amazing host, unbelievable trip!

We had an amazing stay at Christine's home. It was perfect for our weekend trip to Mount Snow - close to the mountain, clean, and very relaxing after long days of skiing. Christine was also a great host, she was super accommodating and helpful when we ran into an issue. I highly recommend this stay.

Clean and well stocked

Christine was a great host, excellent communication. House was super clean and kitchen very well stocked. Location is beautiful and convenient to Mt Snow with two ways to get to the mountain. When Christine tells you that 4 wheel drive is a must in the winter, take her seriously! My Subaru did just fine but it was good to know that up front. This is a great place!

Quiet, Cozy, and Relaxing

We have enjoyed our short stay here at Chimney Hill. It is perfect for three couples with a few kids. The house is tucked away on a hill in a charming, super green ( we were here in July), quiet community. The house was exactly how it was pictured, very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. It also had a lot of board games that are great for kids and adults. It was very close to reservoir, and was a great way to spend a summer day, swimming picnicking and relaxing. Firewood available for bon fire . Communication with Christine was super easy and she was fast to respond with all the questions and suggestions. We'll definitely want to come back and check out the area for winter activities!

Close to Mt Snow, Nice Neighborhood

The owners were very easy to work with and communicative. The fireplace was wonderful and there was plenty of space for the seven of us. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful home for families and skiing

A really nice home in chimney hill to rent out, mount snow was 15 min drive. House was nicely stocked for meals and pretty modern. House has a great layout so everyone can hang out in the same space and chat (dining room to living room). Rooms were spacious and the loft space was great for kids or some personal space. If you are going in the winter definitely need snow tires or 4wd, it's a short but steep driveway. Owner is great with responses and replies quick. Kids loved it and would come back again.

Perfect Location

Chimney Hill is a charming home with a great layout in the perfect location. It was a quick and easy ride to Mt. Snow, which made skiing with three kids much easier to enjoy. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you'd need for a few nights stay (with the exception of sheets + towels, which we never mind bringing on our own). The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and helpful in sharing important information not just about the house but also about the surrounding communities. We look forward to visiting again soon!
