Bem localizado e limpo. Fui muito bem atendido pelos proprietários e pelo responsável indicado pelos mesmos. A praia do Peró fica a metros do condomínio e outras praias são de fácil acesso com veículo. O que mais foi a área externa comm churrasqueira, aproveitamos bastante o espaço!

Cobertura nova e móveis novos exatamente como nas fotos. Possui utensílios e eletrodomésticos para cozinha . Nos quartos ar condicionado de excelente qualidade. Excelente espaço na cobertura com tudo o que se precisa para um bom churrasco. A localização é excelente próximo da praia e o endereço é cercado de padarias, mercearias, farmácias, shopping e restaurantes. Para quem quer fugir da agitação da Paria do Forte a Praia do Peró é linda, uma excelente opção com um ambiente familiar e seguro.
