Our family loved staying at the lake house and enjoying the view from the living room and deck. The gone was well outfitted and had everything we needed. Only wish we could have swum from the dock.

Family Celebration

We celebrated our dad's 90th bday and this was the perfect location to do that. Loved the outside area, was able to have a few fires in the firepit and the kids loved taking the canoe out to do some fishing. Everyone agreed that we should do it again next year.

Gorgeous wooded setting, beautiful lake view and plenty of room, inside & out for our active family.

This house worked out perfectly for our long weekend in Wayzata. We needed a home that would accommodate 3 couples and 4 young children (ages 1 to 8). The three queen size bedrooms and one room with 2 sets of bunks fit the bill, however we did need to bring along a pack and play for the one year old. The living spaces are quite modestly furnished, but it had everything we needed with plenty of room for all. The highlight of this house is the view from the living room. It is breathtaking. The kids had a blast exploring and playing in the outside areas. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s only minutes from Wayzata shopping and restaurant district, Lake Minnetonka, the beach and marina. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a roomy home that worked perfectly for my three siblings, spouses, and children to use as a home base while in town for Christmas. They loved the view of the snowed-over lake!

This was the perfect day for our girls get away! The house was big and stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend! The views were unbelievable! It was close proximity to fun places to go and explore! I would definitely recommend this for any fun weekend with family or friends!

A great spot for a family reunion

Family Reunion

Great home location right on the lake. The house looks as if it’s undergoing some renovations but doesn’t take away from the beauty this property. We had 9 people stay and we entertained 19 for dinner and lively conversation. The neighbors are super nice and we shared many stories about their lovely dogs! We had camp fires each night and enjoyed a beautiful weekend. Kammay, our host, is amazing. She is very communicative and informative. Made our overall experience a joy. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Check-in & out was smooth and easy! I strongly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed!!

Perfect Family House

Due to COVID, we needed to quickly move our son’s small wedding from MX to Minneapolis! This house was the perfect spot for half of the family attending the wedding. It was a great gathering spot, family friendly, minutes from everything we needed, but with the feeling of a remote northern cabin. The owner could not have been more responsive and cooperative with any question or request I had. Overall, a wonderful experience.

As an added bonus, the furnishing are all new: mattress, bed, bedding and accessories. We are fun people who love to travel around the world and treasure new experience. This Lake house is our favorite home and I hope you'd enjoy it as much as we do. The experience is magical and not to be missed.
