The house was very clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating. It was in a great location. It was easy to get to downtown Tuscaloosa and to the campus. We would definitely rent this house again.

House was very clean and open concept downstairs allowed plenty of space to socialize. The kitchen was very well equiped and we made most of our meals instead of dining out. Having 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was wonderful. The host responded to questions quickly and was available if needed .We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We had a party of 6 that rented the house for my son’s graduation. While the house was nice, there were a few issues. The AC didn’t work when we checked in, the host did try to get it fixed , but we spent our entire stay with no AC in summertime!! We tried to rent a hotel, but it was UA move in week so all rooms were booked . We found several live roaches as well that I brought to the hosts attention. There was no offer to accommodate us with the inconvenience of no AC . I had to reach out to VRBO . I would think twice about this rental
