The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook on-site in a warm and friendly environment.

The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a private bathroom:
• A master suite with a king-size bed
• A second bedroom with a king-size bed
• A third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends
There is also a separate guest toilet.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. You may smoke only on the veranda.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, for the comfort of everyone.
- Private Pool – IMPORTANT :
The pool is not fenced and has no child safety barrier.
Its use is under the full responsibility of the guests. Extra caution is required, especially with children and non-swimmers.
- Please use the air conditioning responsibly and switch it off when leaving a room.
- Please take good care of the villa, furniture, and equipment provided. Any damages may be charged.
- Kindly dispose of your waste properly and follow recycling instructions.
