The spacious home features 4 bedrooms with AC and 3 bathroom. The space: All rooms on the property are equipped with brand-new air conditioning units, offering comfort year-round. Each room is spacious, secure, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. 55 Samsung Inch TV UH D. The Quinta features wide, open corridors and a charming wraparound porch with built-in hooks for hammocks. Three family-sized hammocks are available for guests to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Another reason I chose this location is its unbeatable accessibility. I have direct access to three major roads: the Pan-American Highway (Highway 188), the Masaya Highway, and the Circuvalación Masaya, which leads directly to the colonial city of Granada. This location places me in the heart of Nicaragua’s prime tourist corridor, making it easy to explore the country’s top destinations.

The property is also ideally situated within 30 minutes of two national treasures: Masaya Volcano National Park and Mombacho National Park. Whether you're into hiking, nature photography, or simply soaking in natural beauty, these parks offer unforgettable experiences.

Despite the tranquil setting, all essential city amenities are close by. The city of Masaya is just 10 minutes away, with access to a Pali supermarket, a hospital, and other conveniences.

Ultimately, I chose this place because it lets me enjoy the best of both worlds—comfort and accessibility, while staying connected to nature and continuously discovering the incredible wonders of Nicaragua.
