Absolutely gorgeous views! House was perfect for us. Decorated so well and had a fully stocked kitchen. Watched the stars at night and the sun come up in the morning. We wish we could’ve had more time there! 10/10

It is a bit of a drive on a dirt roads but once you get there is very peaceful. It's kept very well and very clean. We had deer in the back yard, a flock of turkeys wander by the front yard, rabbits running around, a hawk in the trees, very fun to watch! There are lots of roads and trails to take evening walks and you can say hi to Buckley, a large buck deer that is used to humans. It is more of a retreat experience rather than a resort, middle of everything experience. We enjoyed it and would definitely go back.

Our stay was not on the owner's calendar so when we arrived the place was not cleaned. However, the owner was very prompt in responding. In the rush to clean the place the oven was overlooked and was filthy. Although the reviews had comments about this location being down 1 1/2 miles dirt road, I think that it would be beneficial to have it in the property description.

We do provide a video that shows how to get to our home and our guests love it. Total error on my part for not having it in the calendar. That doesn't usually happen but it did this time. Good news is my cleaner was right on it and finished up everything for them to enjoy.

Property was very accurately portrayed in the listing. Beautiful views, private and very accessible to Bryce Canyon. Clean with everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful stay! Extra driving directions were very helpful but our GPS did get us there!

When we arrived I couldn’t find any email from the owner about the door code or the check-in process, so I called him. He wasn’t aware of our reservation, but he quickly checked into it and confirmed our reservation and sent us the door code and instructions. We absolutely loved this rental! It was spotless, spacious, and just a beautiful living space. The 1.6 mile gravel road to get there was a little challenging but we enjoyed the ride and loved the remoteness of the property. Several mule deer crossed the gravel road in front of us, and we heard turkeys gobbling on our last morning. Highly recommend!

We keep a calendar to make sure we have our guests ready for their arrival. For some reason Benita didn't make it to the calendar. I was happy for her call and quickly got her in the home. We will be more careful to not make this error again. We are glad they enjoyed their time at our home.

Video driving directions were incredibly helpful to this rural location! We loved being away from any neighbors. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Close to Bryce Canyon NationalPark, where we enjoyed hiking and the beautiful park.

What stood out was that our family had a great time being together. The directions to find the home were very good. The location was perfect for our destinations, Zion and Bryce Canyons. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for all at the table. The big screen tv was great. However, the home is in need of some deferred maintenance and the kitchen needs more silverware.

The home is well maintained as the reviews reflect that. We are adding addition silverware as we noticed our last inspection last week there were a lot missing. It is amazing how they just disappear.

This property is a great place to stay. Only about 8 minutes off the main road, very peaceful!Close to Bryce Canyon and other beautiful areas.

Great stay

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious, and remote. If you want a quiet place to enjoy beautiful vistas this will work for you. It's off the beaten path but if you want an alternative to the hotels/motels in the area this is a great one!
