With 1 king bed, 2 sofa bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds, guests will have a marvelous stay. Recently updated with new appliances and furniture. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, towels, and soaps. Beach towels are also provided. In addition, there is a screened in lanai with seating area, fire table, and dining table. Plenty of outdoor toys, including chairs, bikes, beach toys. Relax on the dock and watch dolphins swim down the channel. Book now and enjoy everything this pleasant cottage has to offer.

The home was well stocked kitchen wise and it had all the beach amenities we needed. Toys for beach and toys for inside home and pool toys! They had two bikes we could use too! Owners were great at communicating and got the AC unit fixed. We were close to beach and caught the free tram to head to time square. We loved our stay!

The area is very central to everything in Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Walkable to nearly anything. 2 minutes to the beach with private access.

What makes this property unique

We love the privacy of our pool area, watching the canal for dolphins and wildlife. So close to the beach, and comfortable for a large group.
